Staff was great, especially Devona at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. A/C was great! Breakfast was different each day and offered a lot of.options. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

My husband, myself, and granddaughter went for a long day ar Magic Kingdom. When we came back to hotel the key wouldn't work. We tried 4 times with help of the front desk. He finally "broke" the glass box and we were in the room. He did offer another room, but all our belongings were in that room. All was good in the end. Staff was wonderful!!

Decent stay in Orlando. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The pillows were very hard which I think was effecting my sleep. Other than that, they kept a nice clean hotel.

It is clean and the staff is very nice. The property is older and shows it. The breakfast was okay but tukey bacon should never be served. It close to some great restaurants and the bed was clean and not uncomfortable.

This property is not only close to the Wlat Disney Parks, its close to food and shopping. The breakfast is good, and had differwnt optionsnon different days. Though the pancake machine can hold up the line if guest arw traveling with family. I only had 2 issues. One, the toilet kept clogging with just toilet paper, and the second was just annoying. We were put in a room near the elevator. So during the I traffic hours you can hear the loud humming of the elevator non-stop. Im a very light sleeper, so not only does it keep me up at night but for about 3-4 hours early morning (between 6am-10am).. its still worth the stay.
