This hotel is nothing like what the pictures show. Thin sheets on the bed, no comforter or thick blanket. There was a dead roach on the wall and the parking is very limited. I do not recommend staying here if you have OCD or don’t like insects. There was a crack pipe under the table in my room wrapped in black electrical tape. There is also a $100 deposit that they don’t tell you about before booking. I will never stay here again.

Plumbing issues and roaches. Spent most of my time out and would come back late night so to my surprise when I got back found these issues. Wasn't evident at first. Took pix/videos last night I was there. 1st night I arrived, saw the roach but thought it was a bug from outside at 1st ...it escaped quickly before I could get closer look but the last night I was there, I ended up killing more than one roach. Used sink in the mornings and it wasn't running well. When I got back, it didn't drain and there was still water. Microwave was missing spinning plate. Let front desk know when I checked out.

I don't recommend this hotel because I made 3 reservation and the rooms are old and with a lof of defective. Also the rooms isn't clean correctly because you can see some dust. The worst part is the cockroaches. I told the hotel to change the room but was the same problems. Also I told the hotel to cancel my others day to change the hotel for this bad experience and the hotel told me No because they can do refunds because I don't made the reservation directly with them. Also I called directly to Hotels.com and they try with the Home 1 Suites extended stay, but they refused to help, even though it was their own fault and due to the poor quality of the rooms they offer.

Asking kindly for handicap accommodation days in advance, the hotel manager declined simple & inexpensive nontoxic cleaning, claiming "inaccessibility". When we arrived, having paid for 3 people in the room, only 1 towel set was present. We politely asked for 2 more. The desk clerk handed us just 2 bath towels, saying, "That's all we have." The sink did not drain properly and the toilet had a too-small top cover. All this said, we appreciated the comfortable beds & kitchenette.

This hotel was dirty, had the previous occupants food still in the fridge and freezer, the floors were so gross I didn’t dare go barefoot. It looked nothing like the pictures, did not have housekeeping, was in the worst part of town and so unsafe that I didn’t even stay in it the last two nights of my trip. I expected much better and likely will not book another hotel via Expedia if they are willing to list such misleading advertising for awful accommodations. Highly disappointed.
