It's a budget extended stay hotel

It's a budget extended stay hotel. We found the staff , Donnie and Gabby, to be pleasant and professional. The you seemed to care about our experience. The room has a nice fridge and microwave. Beds could use a flipping or rotating but I slept well. Neighbors seemed to be long term and good spirited. Had a few families on site. The pool goes from 3'-6'. It's fenced in with nice loungers. But watch the wee ones. We were near Aldi's and Walmart and Bravo Market is a very short walk. Taino's Bakery is 300' away - great food . We enjoyed breakfast there daily. Like I said it's a budget extended stay . One I would stay in on my next business trip to the area.

Lovely room, great price

The room was big, very clean, i loved all the amenities available. We needed extra towels, they sent them right up. Great area and price. My only complaint is the plumbing. The water pressure was low and slow. They have a jetted hot tub/shower combo, which I loved but it took at least 15mins to halfway fill!Overall, good and I will definitely book with them again when im in that area.

It was a quick 2 night stay but the room was spacious and very clean. It had an almost full size refrigerator, microwave and even a kuerig which was very nice. I would absolutely stay again. Great value and felt very comfortable there.

Hanging out, sharing blunts

This was a terrible place to stay. We had a room on the third floor, not an issue. We pull up to the rooms, get out to multiple people sitting in chairs, right at the stairs smoking weed. On the second floor, 2 more men standing outsideva room, sharing a blunt. Water marks on the ceiling in the room clearly a leaky roof, blinds were cut by the door, you could see right in, had to hang a sheet over the window. The hair dryer did not come out of holder, the entire thing came out of the wall. Had to have to key card reprogrammed every time. The fire detector was missing but the holder was there. Gave 2 towels, hand towel, 1 wash cloth...for 2 people for 2 nights. Floor was so dirty, definitely was not walking bare footed in the room. Seems like they swept but did not mop. The pictures make this hotel look halfway decent but it looks more like a run down strip club.. i do NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Over all, ya get what ya pay for. With that being said, it wasn’t too bad. The room, overall, was nice for the price. Can definitely tell there’s a lot of low income residents living there. Staff is VERY NICE.

Friendly, Clean and Comfy!

My stay was surprisingly good. Superb service. Check-in was friendly and fast. The room was spacious and clean. A huge plus was the large fridge and fast heating microwave. The a/c was crisp and cool. The property is older and blackout curtains, but the bright comfortable rooms make this hotel nice. Taino’s Bakery next store is a Prize.

Do not stay here. I am usually good with staying at crappy hotels but this one takes the cake. We found blood on the sheets and in the bathtub. There were many of mysterious stains on the walls and sheets.

Horrible and will never return

Pulled up to the room and the people next door were a group of 20 year olds standing around a small plastic table covered in drugs, alcohol, and fast food. On top of them loudly hanging around outside, there were also young children left to freely run around and scream outside in the middle of the night. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the moment we stepped inside we were hit with the overwhelming odor of bug spray and cigarettes. It took about 3 seconds of standing inside the room before finding the first bug crawling around. The entire room was smelly, stained, sticky, and generally unpleasant. The large window also didn’t have curtains, just cheap plastic blinds that had been broken in many places making it so the group of people outside could freely see us changing no matter where we were inside of the room. I would also like to mention that the lady working at the front desk was rude, patronizing, and generally just offered no kindness to us, and I’m a quiet and polite person. That being said, the man who was working the office at 5am was actually pleasant and was a nice relief from the rest of this awful, uncomfortable stay. To put it simply, everything about this place was so bad that we slept the bare minimum of 5 hours just to regain enough energy to drive home and couldn’t get out of there quickly enough.
Struggled to sleep with the lack of privacy or darkness from the broken blinds.

The only Cleanest room I had been in 3 months as a homeless, but unfortunatly my welcome was unforguetable rude and traumatic since the cops was in the lobby the aegent was under extremelly streess but they decide to attending me no to do them job but to make me feels inopuortune and guilty, without mentioned before that I had arrive at midnigth, she didnt charge my pet fee that nigth days later she they lock my room door and after I make it to the door in the second floor i have to go to the lobby ti see her paranoic face because i ask hows that happen that they didnt charge eveery think in the check in?, she tuns againg out of control and start to treat me with callin the cops for me because I was telling her that she needs to do something about her why to handle the situations so she ask her security to kick out after her ask me to come in to the lobby, my room was locadet in the back of the building where was the families with kids and teen and young adult,, so was very hard to sleep plus I got scared because pretty much all dogs in there are pitbull and I had a god as well, I have more things to said but think is enough, I woul like to request someting in compensation for all the hard time and days that I'm stay in the property where in set that feeling good I was mistreated emotional and feeling unsafe.
