When we arrived they overbooked so they upgraded to a suite. Nice room! No complaints clean, comfortable. We stayed a whole week. The only complaint I have is day 2 we ran out of body wash, I went to the front desk 3/4 times to ask for a refill. And it never happened, we just bought our own because we were tired of waiting and asking lol. Breakfast included was good, I enjoyed it. Again it was a nice place to stay and I will consider staying in the future.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The property clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, with ample selections. The only negative was the intermittent rumbling of the air conditioner, which we remedied by turning down, as it was set too cold for our liking anyway. We stayed at Home 2 Suites in Halfmoon, NY and were similarly impressed with that location. We will definitely stay here during our future visits to Orlando.

This is a nice property and the room was very clean, Unfortunately we arrived late in the evening exhausted... we were so excited when she said our room was all ready waiting for us! We get to our room and both bathroom lights were burned out. Since the bathroom was clean and stocked the cleaners must have known as it was so dark in there. Also, the TV was glitchy. Nothing wrong with the cable, it was just the TV, which no one may have complained about previously. Really mad about the bathroom as those lights have to be turned on to clean so it was just laziness on the cleaners part.

The only issue was that I was located in a pet friendly room on first floor and I hate dogs smell. I asked for a change and they don’t help me with my request. My reservation was made 2 weeks ago ( enough time to assign you a normal room ) so they have to be clear asking with what kind of room is the one that you want if you are NOT A DOG LOVER.

Excellent hotel

Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Everything good here. Large rooms, kitchenette, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast, excellent location, wonderful staff. Walking distance to shopping, and lots of restaurants. What's not to like?

Location is very quiet and convenient. Check in/out process was very seamless. Great breakfast selection! Transportation facilities to and from parks were easily accessible. The staff in general couldn’t have been more helpful with information. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.
