Our room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly, but they put us in room 226 by mistake and we were supposed to be in room 223. We were woken up at 2am in the morning with people trying to get into our room due to the error. Not a pleasant way to wake up in the middle of the night.

Female Desk Clerk was extremely rude and condescending and also did not have her facts straight. Room was paid for in advance and upon arrival desk clerk stated that their website reflects a refundable deposit and it DOES NOT. Was turned away and lost the money for the room and refused to allow me to pay the deposit with my credit card. When 3rd party called hotel desk clerk said that we were a "no show". Unbelievable, how are you a no show when you are standing looking at someone at the counter?

Location was perfect, close enough to everything for short travel but far enough to not be in the chaos. Customer service was great. Hotel was very clean, they were even in the middle of cleaning carpets/floors during the first couple days of our stay. Only complaints were the pillows and continental breakfast, but you cant really get good hotel breakfast anywhere.
