The day we got to the hotel one elevator was out of order. The second elevator was out the next day. When we returned from one of the park late at night we found both elevators out of order and the night manager did not know about it. When the problem shared with him he said he can't do anything about it and we should use the stairs to get to the 5th floor and he was very rude. The next day we found out that there was a third elevator that he did not know about!!!
The breakfast is the worst continental type of breakfast I have ever experienced. Very limited options and all very low quality material. No cheese at all and instead of butter they had margarine. Only one type of bread, ice cold boiled egg, one type of jam, and maybe 2 or 3 other options plus wafel. That's it.
The room was very old and all furnitures were damaged and bathroom does not look clean because of how old it is.
Overall a very bad experience and we checked out earlier than we had planned and went to another hotel.
Not a 3 star hotel, maybe at most just 1.
