We just loved our stay so much that we booked an extra night. We had a suite which was a two room suite and we felt like we were living in a condo. Everything was perfect except I wish that you offered free water 24/7 along with the coffee

Pros: The property was conviently located, you have icon park close by with food and entertainment options. Room is spacious and breakfast was basic but good. Cons: Aside from that the dont expect too much. I was surprised at check in, the front desk person was very passive, only gave me my room card, didnt tell me which room i was in or where to go. And when i asked, she looked very annoyed. The card for the door didnt work most of the time, had to try multiple times. Our neighbours had the same issue.

The woman in the reception desk was very helpful but the rooms didn’t have a working AC and the refrigerator didn’t work. The parking fee was $18 for a self parking space that wasn’t safe at all.

Many things are out of order, elevators, hot pool not working. The carpet is very dirty. The breakfast is okay. Continental just bread and coffee, no protein. Front staff nice except for a man that slapped his fingers at another coworker

The room could have been cleaner. The carpet had a dirty almost film feel to it. A friend of our room had bed bugs, they changed their room. The staff was friendly. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cold boiled eggs and fruit. But was always running low.

The hotel staff was friendly. The elevator wasn't working. The room was out of date and the A/C wasn't working. I spoke to the staff about the A/C and nothing was done. Great area but tons of upgrades need to be done ASAP

Excellent hotel just right next to Icon Park and a great view of the Orlando Eye. Great pool, staff was nice. Room was clean and comfy. More than 40 restaurants to pick. Excellent cleaning employees. Quiet area, you can go pretty much to every restaurant waking. Will book again.
