The room that was pictured that I booked looked assume the one I got was dated and didn’t resemble the picture shown in the Expedia ad. There was a picture in the room explaining that housekeeping was every three days. We stayed four days never had our room cleaned at all. took out our own garbage and hunted down towels and toilet paper. Good location pool was nice comfortable chairs. Breakfast was a zoo but it is a family oriented facility.

The staff was great. Nice breakfast options. The shuttle service is not great. Their times aren’t convenient and the bus drivers don’t communicate well as to where you are going. Tip for Universal: If you are waiting for lane #83 like we are suppose to, apparently the buses will park in surroundings lanes. Be aware of your surroundings and speak up! Also had another driver drop us off at the wrong location one day. I asked to make a formal complaint and the front desk referred me to the company. I sent an email and 3 days later have heard nothing.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Free breakfast was really great. Room was very clean. The hotel accidentally charged my room for someone else’s purchase but fixed it immediately and I got refunded within 48hrs. I appreciated that. The bathroom was small but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.

Service is terrible! I inquired at the counter for a housekeeper to come clean the bathroom as my son threw up and he told me they were around and that they would come to me eventually. They only came late afternoon and I wasn’t going to wait so I cleaned it myself. To get toilet paper it was asking for a lot. They would give one roll at a time and we were 4 in one room. Also 3 days back home and I still have not received back my security deposit on my credit card. Breakfast was not the best and the same food every day. My son believes he got sick on the first day because of the breakfast as he was fine by the evening. A friend of mine staying in a few rooms down from me had 2 or 3 cockroaches in her bathroom so no I will not be back nor refer to a friend.

Very family oriented. I stayed at Magic Moment from February 28 to March 3 in room 150, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The issues I encountered include: Dingy, brownish bed sheets and a warped mattress Excessive decorative pillows with no sanitary place to store them Unclean floors, dressers, and chairs Water leakage from the ceiling Broken shower handle, weak water pressure, and slow drainage Lack of electrical plugs and noise from the connecting room Additionally, I witnessed a report of bed bugs by another guest's room, which is a major concern. No resolution was provided for my concerns.

This property was very clean and the staff were very accomidating. Our little boy loved the breakfast with the character appearances. It was also amazing to stay at a place with so much to do for the kids. Although the property felt safe the surrounding area felt a little different. I would still stay here a million times over.

Magic moments review

Really fun and would be so entertaining for kids. (I went with my fiancé). We enjoyed it. Bed was too bouncy and soft for us- but we still slept well. Bathroom vent is very loud. Breakfast was good. Very eco friendly with the breakfast set up and reusable items. Definitely take your kids here if you don’t wanna drop a fat cheque- our stay was pretty affordable. They do have shuttle to seaworld, Disney and universal (but coincides with the start of breakfast)!! Keep that in mind. You gotta sacrifice either breakfast or the shuttle ride!!

The property charge Extra $30 per day you are staying saying is because resorts. Property is far from being a resort. The room has small cockroaches (have pictures). Also they clean room every THREE days , so you pay hotel and have to clean your room and do the bed. Vending machines in the hotel charge the same as in Disney parks for beverages . Property is really bad choise, I will not stay there never again

The property was nice and clean and lots of stuff for the kids to do and play. The breakfast was good just too much sweets for the kids early in the morning that doesn’t need to be there. We did have a nice room but bathroom ventilation was too noisy. The hotel wifi was too slow but imagine because everyone was online.
