The resort and room was nice. The staff were also pleasant. However along with fresh towels and bins clearing that they provided every day it would be nice if they also swept the floor once in a while. Breakfast is basic but there is no variety especially if you are vegetarian.

The hotel looks old, the AC is not convenient as is installed on one side of the floor of the room, the hotel charged the guests with a "resort fee" that was not mention when the reservation was made, consider that they don't do the rooms, not even making the beds, until every 4th day, not recommended

This was the perfect location to stay. Quick access to the Disney area, conveniently located near many businesses like Aldi, CVS, Dollar Tree and Souvenir gift shops. All of which were walkable. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have and the lobby and cafe had tasty snacks, coffee and treats to buy when we wanted something to-go. The lobby is beautiful and elegant and the girls loved the red carpet/and step-repeat background at breakfast. They felt famous, in their pajamas! We also liked that the kids had plenty of fun things to do when we wre taking a "rest" day. The play area was well maintained, the bounce house, pool and tree swing were a big hit. We loved that there was also picnic tables with shade and porch swing seating for when our kiddos were playing that the adults could chill on. Our room was the furthest from the lobby and play area, but that was okay as it gave us a quiet spot to hang out when we needed it. There was plenty of parking spots and we liked that it was a gated and fenced in area. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the Kissimmee area again!

Enjoyed that it caters to children of all ages. The 3 day house keeping rule kinda sucked when we would run out of coffee or need new bedding. Staff was very friendly. Pool was clean and perfect to swim in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Our family recently enjoyed a getaway at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the entire property was impressive, and the modern, eye-catching decor added to the welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the variety of on-site activities available for our children. It was wonderful to have entertainment options without needing to leave the premises, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time before our flight home. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a restful environment for all of us. Additionally, the accessible parking made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We truly appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the convenience offered throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning on our next trip!

We had a stay for couple of days. The location was perfect and the room was cozy. Their complementary breakfast was really good. Most importantly, the playground and pool were pretty convenient for the kids to enjoy and play. I’d highly recommend anyone going to Orlando staying there
