Don’t stay here!!! AWFUL

Stay was just AWFUL!!! Don’t stay here. Door lock was broken, hair in the shower, AC falling off the wall, smelled, stains on the floor and bed. Building I was in didn’t have an ice machine or laundry room, had to go to the other side of the property to get ice. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, very limited selection and bagels were frozen. I thought I had the worst room but it seems like all the rooms are in this poor poor condition. With the brief time I was in the office area, I witnessed half a dozen families complaining about their rooms and they were in worse condition. Staff was rude and not helpful. I ended up leaving, eating the cost I had paid to stay there and staying at a different hotel.

The room smelled like mildew and sour milk. The cabinet that housed the mini fridge door was falling off and it was rotting beneath the fridge. The shower did not work, holes in the walls, urine all over the toilet seat, stains all over the carpet, chair broken, floors dirty etc etc, etc! We had pre paid for 2 nights and the first night we had a late check in. The following morning we left and didn’t go back.

Will not be returning here, room was basic, paint coming off the wall,stains on roof, locks on room door don’t exist! Didn’t feel safe. Bathroom toilet cover was a replacement which didn’t go with the toilet. They don’t have room service where they clean daily. You have to ask for more towels and go get them yourself. Breakfast was a cold continental breakfast. They have no cream cheese for bagels. They only had one toaster for about 30 people. 1 microwave in the lobby for 30 people. Not good at all!

Should be condemned!

This place is so old, outdated and falling apart. Huge stains in the bathrub, ceiling, doors etc. The sprinklers were rusted. The tap spurted water everywhere. There's no maid service. You have to change the towels yourself at the front desk. They only give you shampoo, nothing else. We checked in at 2 am during spring break. They had 20 people waiting to check in at the same time!! They blamed it on a slow computer system. They had safes in the room that didn't work. This place looked like it should be condemned and should be. Don't stay here no matter price.

It took an hour and a half for me to check in. The room was disgusting and falling apart. The door barely locked, half the lights didn’t work. But, it took me an hour and half to even check in so I didn’t even bother calling the front desk. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, there were hair and little black specs all over it. The blankets had holes. The towels had SOMEONE ELSE’S HAIR. We passed by multiple rooms that looked broken into, just open for anything to get in. It was a terrible experience. 10/10 do not recommend.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We had to wait nearly three hours to check in, which was frustrating. Once we finally got to our room, we found it to be quite dirty, with stained carpets and even roaches. I understand that it was a budget option, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I stayed 6 nights 7 days not only did I request my room to be cleaned but I never got my towels that I requested to be requested to be changed and my garbage was never cleaned out. I grabbed two towels from a house keeper cart and was told not to I never received a hairdryer that I requested that I needed.

Well the property is worn down you would think they'd be getting all that money for the rooms and the rooms are good but when I had a bug crawl in my bed and I had to kill it that didn't thrill me but it's place is just run down and they need more help at the front desk cuz I stand there for 30 minutes and I'm handicap
