Nice hotel

This hotel is very secure and is in a gated area. The only entrance and exit was for road vehicles, there wasn't a pedestrian gate, but it was America so its to be expected. The gate lead out onto a small driveway so you weren't stepping into a busy road immediately. The reception staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. The room itself was clean, Although the shower door wouldn't close completely so a little water did spill out, and the balcony door wouldn't lock correctly, but I was on the 5th floor so wasn't worried about security. The room had two beds, and the view over the palm trees was beautiful. The area was nice, lots of chain restraints and not too far from a Walmart, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. However, while there are really wide footpaths on the main road, there's not a lot of legal pedestrian crossings near yhe hotel, so know the side of the road you need to be on before going to your destination if on foot. I would absolutely stay here again as a primary choice of hotel

It's a good hotel with ample parking. Very close to Disney world, 15 min drive. Nice lawn in front of the lake. Depends on the room placement of course but we were able to enjoy fireworks every night.

Overall, was not a horrible experience. My family and I are avid walkers and we’re never told how to get off the property without a vehicle, entire property enclosed by fence and gate. Looked for a gate or something for almost 20 minutes, felt like a compound. Second, we were told no smoking on property but there were clearly people smoking right at the stairs to go to rooms. Third, the so-called ‘game room’ was 2 broken game consoles and Jesus quotes on the wall. Granted, we weren’t there for that but with 3 small boys, they wanted something cool like the pictures showed. Lastly, it wasn’t horrible for needing a place to sleep and spend about 10 hours. We won’t be returning but will not discourage others. Breakfast was ok, check in super easy.

Good hotel for its category. A little old but they have kept it clean. I did want to chamge my reservation for lesser days but was not able to do that as phone call was not responded to for many attempts. Thats why giving it 4 stars and not 5.
