One bed had old school metal springs. Pillows were all uncomfortable. When i came back to my room, the door would bot open physically. Key worked, lick turned green. 3 trips down to the desk explaining it wasn't the key- it the physically the door. Each time they gave me a new key & sent me back upstairs. On the last trip down they sent maintenence to meet me at my room. The door in fact did not sit flush. Hopefully they repaired it after I checked out the next day. My room was in the tower. It was in sever need of renovation. Plus side the fridge was very cold & one bed was new & comfortable.
I completed check in via text that I would be there at 9pm. I arrived shortly after & went to the front desk to get my key. Man told me I was lucky because he was just leaving for the night. Customer service is lacking. They do have a gift shop in the lobby, though I didn't go in it. Guests with their parking passes were parked all night in the parking spots marked for check in only & you're not allowed to park at the front door to check in.
