Great stay would definitely recommend as people who go to Disney a lot we absolutely love this hotel and have found where we will stay every time. I am so happy with our stay. The room was cleaned every day, freshly made bed after a long park day was amazing.

Mediocre property. Basic, no frills Motel 6 style rooms hiding behind a large facade of a high rise hotel building. If your goal is a cheap place to sleep this works. Avoid the overpriced breakfast. It’s disappointing at best. You’ll eat better for half the cost at the nearby McDonalds down the street.

There were resort fees that were not previously mentioned and a security deposit. The person working the front desk also works the bar and restaurant. We wanted to get some salt and waited 5 minutes and no one was there to help. There were no elevators so we had to carry our luggage up stairs.
