The first room i went into was dirty and there was no hot water. They gave me another key to check the room and it was worse. No hot water either and there was a pair of underwear laying on the floor!!
I went back to the desk and told them. 3 different people were there and were like sorry. Here go check this room then. I said NO you check it. He came back 5 minutes late rand said there was hot water. I had to leave to be somewhere. Came back that night and went in the room. It was barly clean and leaves on the floor. Decided to take a shower and had warm water. Got done and tried to turn on the heater and of course the heater didnt work.
I would of went to a different hotel but would of lost out because it was too late to cancel.
Then i check out at 3:15 am and he couldn't give me a copy of my receipt. Said it wouldn't work and acted like i was bothering him because i interrupted his game on his phone. Never again will i stay there or recommend anything
