We had a wonderful stay and the property was very good. I would give them a 5 Star rating, but I wish they would leave complimentary water in the rooms for the guests, at least upon arrival. This is the first hotel I have been to, in a long time, where there was no complimentary bottled water in the room upon arrival... it is Florida and guests arrive hot and thirsty, only to have to go hunting for water.. Its just not right.

I had such a wonderful experience with the front desk staff! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with everything I needed. Emilio truly went above and beyond to assist with my requests. The concierge was amazing too — she took a moment to make my 2-year-old feel special by giving him some fun stickers! The pool bartenders were just as welcoming, making sure we had all we needed to enjoy our time. It really made our visit memorable!

The room was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. It is kid friendly. They have a nice pool area, pool table, ping pong, and video arcade room. The carpet smells clean in the lobby, atrium and room.

At bar, waitress never came to get our food order, after bartender said she would be iver to take it. Room keys kept not working. After making sure not next to cards or phone they kept deactivating.
