The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back.

Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the warm and friendly staff. The location is excellent—very convenient for visiting Universal and the Millenia Mall—and the easy (though paid) parking was a plus. The kids also really enjoyed the swimming pool! However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room cleanliness wasn't quite up to the standard I expected. We also had a recurring issue with towels; despite asking, we never seemed to have the correct number of bath towels and had to request an extra one every single day. Additionally, while the breakfast is functional, the seating area is quite cramped and it can be difficult to find a place to sit.
