The room stunk. The sheets smelled horrible and housekeeping steals. Do not stay at this hotel. I had to call several times to try to get a pillow returned that houskeeping stole. The manager hung up on me several times. Very inprofessional. Do not stay here.

Worst hotel ever

This stay was absolutely awful. I already had called Hotels.com regarding this, but there were no drawers. I was told that drawers are dirty and it causes bugs. Therefore, there was no drawers. The front desk staff were absolutely horrifying. They were rude and arrogant and nasty so no, I will never stay at this hotel again and I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

WORST PLACE EVER DON'T STAY HERE

I travel multiple times a year and have stayed at multiple hotels and this place is the worst First problem was they wouldn't allow me to take their free shuttle because I had a ecv chair that I rented. Even though I called about it before I booked my stay at this motel and they didn't tell me it was going to be a problem They also left me with a non functioning toilet for 3 days even though I had asked 3 people I finally talked to the manager about it and they finally fixed it I would recommend you stay anywhere else the people who work here don't care about their customers

The place is not very clean, and I had about 3 small cockroaches during my 2-night stay. And that's the most I can expect from staying there. But the location is good, and they serve breakfast.

Amazing staff, but rooms not so much

The staff at this inn were wonderful super friendly, sweet, and genuine. They made us feel welcome and were truly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the building itself was not any of these things. The inn is quite old and rundown. Our room felt dirty, with discolored sheets and a bathroom that looked unclean. The air conditioner was very loud, but didn’t cool the room effectively, and the overall smell of the place was unpleasant. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything from the neighboring guests, which didn’t help with a restful sleep. The breakfast was very minimal. All in all, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the inn itself was not very comfortable or clean.

The attendance in the breakfast is like mad the days we stay in the hotel (Saturday and Sunday). The front desk people is amazing, answer the questions professionally and help for everything.

Wood laminate flooring in rooms clearly hadn’t been mopped, as my socks were filthy from walking across the floor once. The pool was dirty and needed cleaned. It was also misrepresented in images. There are no loungers or chairs in pool area, only three picnic tables. Staff was friendly, so that was a positive.
