Room was very nice…. problem with cleaning. Maid were notified we were out of the room… they were right near our room and yet we came back to dirty towels , unmade beds and trash not emptied several days. One day asked for clean towels and got them but the didn’t take the dirty ones….. we had the room done once while we were there ! Unacceptable for this hotel. Most of the staff were pleasant. Was astounded that the self parking was 32$ per day for our stay….. I thought last years 25$ was a bit much. The food and drink prices were very high. We like to stay and have for the last 5 -6 years. But everything is adding up to just too much for no service.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is huge, with plenty of meeting space. Conveniently located close to orange county convention center, with a skybridge connecting the two. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
