Given there were specific rooms available for dogs I expected them to be hard floors while they were carpet which is not ideal for pets. Other than that the hotel was great.

After being almost a 30 Year customer First time we had to pay to park . Disappointing and seems like a money grab. Was told after founder Mr Rosen passed away new management came up with this policy. New isn’t better.

The cleaner they use makes the floor very slippery even when dry. My friend fell while holding her son. She’s bruised pretty bad and he hit his head. Other than that it’s a great hotel!
