This hotel was absolutely terrible. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of sweat. The chairs were extremely dirty and even had suspicious white stains clearly left by previous guests. During our stay, we repeatedly found cockroaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. We have truly run out of patience with this place. Unless your budget is extremely tight and you have no other choice, do NOT stay at this hotel.

We didn't get to spend a lot of time at the hotel because of this being a business trip. Nothing bad, pretty ave stay. Good things, the Rosen brand seems to be pretty consistent on the I-Drive area. We have stayed at nearly all of the Rosen I-Drive locations over the past year. All pretty clean, the rooms are consistent in style. We will say, at some of the higher price locations, the clientele was definitely better. That is no fault of this location. Just an observation.

Staff was nice. Parking is$10pv/pn. Lobby breakfast was about $20pp and same as a free breakfast bar at other hotels. Coffee was not good. Bathrooms were tiny. Good luck if you need to change clothes in there. Beds were comfy. Easy walk to Applebees and Arcade Monster.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way too firm. Bathroom was very small. Towel rack fell off the wall the moment a touched a hand towel. Room was clean. Shuttle was convenient, and quite a few dining options surrounding the hotel, though all of the hotel restaurants advertised are closed other than the breakfast buffet.

I will say the room was clean and the shower water pressure was fantastic.. The bathroom was as small as you can make it... Didn't care for the spongy pillows... The added $10 a night parking seemed like a ripoff. The breakfast buffet we looked at and immediately ran away!!
