If you're looking for luxury this isn't it. However, they are currently remodeling but we stayed in an old room so can't speak on the look of any new rooms. I have low standards, but the bed was not comfortable. The bathroom had lots of corrosion and was dingy. When getting ice we went to 4 different machines before finding one that worked. On a positive note the pool looks beautiful, but didn't get the opportunity to use it. The staff was friendly, responded quickly to requests of extra pillows and the location is near Disney's amusement parks.

There is a sign on the door to check-in saying there have been new owners since May of 2023, and they are undergoing renovations. I did not see anywhere renovations were being done. My room was very worn and dated. The carpets and curtains were dingy and seemed like they had never been cleaned. I was afraid to take my shoes off. I'm not even sure how this property got a 7 guest rating.

The fridge was all sticky, we had no garbage can or ice bucket, a piece of the flooring was sticking out which stabbed our feet if we forgot about it. The hot tub was not even bath warm.

Este hotel le hace competencia a los Rodeway Inn. Es muy feo, viejo, sucio, inseguro en sus puertas de las habitaciones. Muebles muy descuidados sin control de TV. La cama sin cabezera. Y las almohadas terribles. El colchón hundido.

I understand it is being renovated but the funky smell in the rooms gave me a headache. I switched rooms as soon as I got there because the room smelled like wet socks a cigarette smoke but the 2nd room had the same smell just not as strong.
