Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. La ubicacion es muy buena tanto para los parques como para hacer compras. Lo unico que creo que podrian mejorar es el desayuno que no posee huevos o bacon.

The rooms were clean , but not very cozy . The way the rooms looked - felt like you were in a student dorm rather than hotel. The shower was nice though. The swimming pool was very well kept and clean. But it is too small. There is not enough space around the pool and only two lounge chairs. We were able to use it though and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was not good. There were hardly any fruits (only old bananas). And no vegetables at all. It was also very crowded. Other than that - the stay was nice - quiet and comfortable. And there is a Publix grocery store and other shopping (Burlington, Marshall’s) within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everytime I went to the front desk for check in, a question, or a problem, there was never an employee that would speak English. Very frustrating. Amenities were scarce. I left an item in my room that was also never turned into lost and found. Breakfast was limited and not good. The hotel smelled entirely too strong of cleaning chemicals.
