Very clean and quiet, great, spacious room, walking distance to Sea World a plus. Good enough breakfast and some nights there was light food - complimentary - from 5:30 til 7:00. Staff members were understated but very responsive and helpful. Excellent stay - 5 days.

Had a great experiene at Staybridge Suites Orlando. After a 7 hour long drive, Dez, provided excellent customer service. She offered us to check in at 2:00 PM after she verified the room was ready. I really appreciated that. Rooms are big 500 sqf with a a full kitchen including a medium size fridge, a range, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The room was clean and the nose isolation is just incredible. It was a warm day in Orlando 78 F, the AC was cold and quiet. The breakfast can be improved but I had my expresso machine to make my own lattes , so no big deal about it. While we only stayed for 2 nights, the room was cleaned the next day. There is a $10 per night charge for parking offset by a 5 min walking distance to Seaworld which saves you $30 in parking fees. Last but not least, I stayed at many hotels across the country, this is probably the first time a hotel employee follows up with a phone call to inquire about my stay! Thank you Des!

Room was good. I booked 3, but was provided with 2 suites and 1 room. With the size of my party and 2 suites being sufficient I was told cancellation was the same price as the single room. So a whole room was not utilized and yet I was charged.

We had a very good experience. The hotel was in a good location, near of main attractions and with quick access to highway. The housekeeping went daily and was very friendly. The room was spacious with a full kitchen with pots, cutlery and all you need to cook if you want. We'll be back for sure.

The rooms are old and damaged but again this is a high volume, busy hotel so I’m assuming this is the reason for the hotel’s condition. Staff is awesome! I had a package delivered here and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was your avg free breakfast.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was nice. The laundry room card readers were not working. There was a sign stating that they only took quarters and to see the front desk for change. We were there four nights and I asked the front desk for change everyday, sometimes twice a day and they never had any quarters on hand. They kept telling me to walk to the gas station to get quarters.
