Front desk staff are not welcoming. When we left the man with earrings yesterday at front desk (4/25/25 10:45 am) looked at me like he didn’t want to be there. Will not be back to this location

We come to Orlando every April for Cheer All star world competition. This was our first time staying here and so far this is year 4 it was our favorite stay. Very close to sea world and about a 5 min drive (Lyft) to convention center. The kitchen was perfect size for us for the week. will def stay again.

The room service and room was very clean. However, the front/reception staff was horrible. They were rude. I asked four times for a light bulb to be simply changed in the overhead lamp near the kitchen table. They never fixed it. I have never experience any thing like this. And I never write negative reviews. But this definitely needs to be reported.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good. Didn’t like: -The shower smelled bad like drain water., -The Bathroom was missing basic toiletries like bath soap, body cream. -Hotel does not provide drinking water bottles in the room and it needs to be purchased every time at high price.

I’ve stayed at this location many times and have never had any issues. It’s safe with highly security that walks the property throughout the night and right across the street from the Sea World entrance. There’s many food options, a Publix right down the road along with a CVS and Walgreens. It is about 18 minutes from the airport, Magic Kingdom, and 8 minutes from Epic Universe. Property is very clean and the breakfast is good.
