My son is autistic with ADHD. The convenience and perks associated with this hotel helped massively i.e shuttles every 10mins or so, mini fridge, early park hours. The pool also has 2-4 lifeguards at all times. It is no more the 3ft 6 inchs deep too so i could watch him play without always needing to be in there (he isn't a great swimmer yet), they have life jackets too. My only gripe was that the internet kept dropping and i mean every 10-20 mins we had to reconnect. We were on the 9th floor so i don't know if that caused issues. For most families this may not be a problem but for AuADHD kids, it can be hard to accept and caused multiple meltdowns. I would recommend paying for the wifi if you experienced this issue but this day in age, you begrudge doing that. Especially as most of your time is spent at the parks.

We loved our stay at Surfside! The room was spacious and we enjoyed the convenience of Starbucks onsite, the free shuttle to Universal Studios and the on-site car rental. The Walgreens across the road and Steakhouse for dinner was also a positive surprise. The amenities in the room were appreciated such as disposable plates cutlery fridge etc. We had a great time staying at Surfside thank you !

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Orlando, especially if you want to explore the parks, you should definitely check out this hotel and its sister hotel, Dockside. Unlike other resorts, the food here is absolutely amazing. And the customer service? Top-notch! They’ve got everything you need, and the best part? The prices are unbeatable. We keep coming back here no matter what we’re doing in Orlando.

The most uncomfortable beds ever. Only thin sheets in room, no comforters. The line to check in was always super long. However, the employees were friendly, food offered was delicious and it was convenient.

We had a decent stay at the Endless Summer Resort. We arrived late at night, but check-in was smooth and the staff was helpful in explaining the park access and early entry, which was a nice perk. The swimming pool was a highlight—designed like a fish—and we had a room with a pool view, which was pleasant. The room itself was fairly clean, but the beds could’ve been more comfortable, and we noticed some stains on the sheets (though they were replaced the next day). Some appliances weren’t working properly, and one of the hangers was broken, which took away from the overall experience. There are vending machines nearby for snacks, water, and essentials, which was handy. One major plus is that the hotel is close to Walgreens and several walkable restaurants. However, all side gates were locked, and we had to walk over 2 km around the property just to access places that were less than 200 meters away. Likely a security measure, but still very inconvenient for guests on foot. The lobby kitchen was equipped with plenty of cutlery and a microwave, which was useful. We mostly relied on Uber Eats and didn’t try the on-site restaurant. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, which was great and convenient for a morning coffee. The free shuttle to the parks was a huge benefit and made getting around very easy. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re on a budget and looking to prima explore the parks. We’d consider coming back, but we hope the room amenities are in better condition.

Great place to stay

We loved that we could walk across the street to Walgreens and stock up on essentials. There is a fridge and microwave in the type of room we booked. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had high ceilings and ours was especially quiet. Plenty of towels and some plates and bowls were provided along with sets of utensils. No dishes to do because they were all throwaway in f needed. The food selection downstairs was good. The pool was nice after a long day at the parks and the bus service to Universal was perfect. We were able to go to Citywalk and just have dinner if we wanted. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
