Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers 349 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit, bathrobes, slippers and designer toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 25+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and telephones. Additionally, rooms include coffee/tea makers and a hairdryer. Hypo-allergenic bedding, change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered on a daily basis.

3 hot tubs are on site along with an outdoor pool. In addition to a kids' pool, other recreational amenities include a private beach, a steam room and a 24-hour fitness centre.

Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Dolphin has 8 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages and Swedish massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a mud bath, a sauna, a hot tub and a steam room.

The spa is open daily. Children under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision.

We were an ADA room (we did not request it), the shower water sprayed all over the floor and there was barely any water pressure. We also found a previous guest’s garbage (food) under one of the beds. Definitely not acceptable considering what we paid.

Great hotel and walking distance to Disney Swan and Dolphin resorts where you can take the water taxi to Epcot and can walk to the Disney boardwalk area. Walkable to the grotto pool complex, which is large and beautiful and has poolside drink and food service. Also walkable to the small beach area and Swan Paddle boats and playground area for kids.

Great option for Disney World Travel

Nice staff, clean room, the bed was really comfy. Great location and convenient transportation among the hotel and those four Disney parks. Worth the price!

Refined Respite

The hotels offers a sophisticated, refined atmosphere and decor. There are both fine and casual dining options on the premise. The rooftop pool is a modest size oasis with comfy furnishings. Overall the hotel is a quiet relaxing respite away from the Disney excitement. It caters more to couples and small families. However, a short walk across the street leads the Dolphin & Swan hotels as well as a lagoon with transportation to Epcot so families can access the larger pools and entertainment options at those resorts as well.
