Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers 349 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary bottles of water. Each accommodation is individually furnished and decorated. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. 49-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium satellite channels and pay-per-view films. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit, bathrobes, slippers and designer toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (speed: 25+ Mbps). Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and telephones. Mandara Spa at the Walt Disney World Dolphin has 8 treatment rooms, including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages and Swedish massages. Overpriced for what you get. $50/day “resort fees” for nothing. There is only one nondescript outdoor pool. No hot tub, no spa. (You have to cross the street and go to what appears to be an upgraded version of this hotel). Menu in both restaurants so limited. Same food for 3 days straight gets old. Hugely disappointing.

Staff was amazing, rooms clean, bartenders so nice. If you’re looking to stay close to Epcot but not have screaming kids around, this is the place!! We had the Epcot view, wonderful!! And it smells lovely!

The building was beautiful, the room was clean, my main issue was with the beds. We have stayed in another hotel in a room with double beds before and had a horrible experience because the beds were too small for my wife and I together. We specifically chose this hotel because it claimed to have queen beds. After the 1st night we knew something was off. We both seemed to have less room than normal. There is no way these were queen beds. After the 2nd night we felt like we both needed chiropractic adjustments as our sleeping was very much hindered. We both also had headaches each night from the experience of being overly cramped. By the 3rd night we were wishing we never stayed here because we were feeling miserable. My wife looked at the reviews online more closely and noticed several complaints about the same issue. People were saying that there is no way these were queen beds. Most likely a little larger than a double but not a queen. To me that is false advertising and would have definitely kept us away from this hotel in the first place if we had only been shared that piece of information. I complained to the desk clerk and she said she would put a $150 credit to our account but deep down I really didn’t think that was sufficient enough. Can you please help us with this issue? Thank you.
