Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Host was very prompt to answer all questions. House is beautiful, and well-equipped with linens, bath towels, pool towels, dish cloths, pots and pans, 2 coffee makers (regular drip and Keurig), toaster, and more. There was enough dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent provided to start your stay. There was even a variety of strollers that could be used for families going to the parks.Kids enjoyed the pool and games room very much. There is an extra cot to heat the pool and spa, but it was so hot out that heating was not required,We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, upon entry the house was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect, we paid extra for the pool and spa to be heated, no regret there. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very close to the parks and plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. We had no issues at all, enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic place, super clean, close to main attractions and great host. The place really has it all. My only comments are related to the temps and squeaky beds…thermostat can’t be turned below 73 and, as mentioned in other posts, I can confirm certain beds are quite noisy and may affect privacy for some…all small things for most folks…but not for all.

The house was very clean and acceptable. Well located close to Disney. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very noisy when you got up and got on we felt like we might break it.The only complaint we have is the late check-in an early checkout I feel they should adjust it.

This stay was pretty amazing. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was very worth it. The kiddos took full advantage. There were plenty of pool towels, too. The game room was a hit as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with most things you think you’ll need. Plenty of dishes for adults and kids. The only thing I would complain about is that the bath towels were pretty thin. Otherwise, the stay was great. It was also close enough to the freeway, which made everything in and around Orlando very accessible.

We did like the villas location. The villa is a bit run down furniture is tried looking needs upgrading and The pool towels were very old and thin. The villa was clean and did the job. The problem we had was we asked if we could check in early, by 2hrs if the villa was empty to be told it would cost us 75. We have never had this happen in over 20yrs off staying in villa in Orlando. We decided this was unacceptable and went shopping. He arrived at the villa 30mins early and decided to just sit in the car. My son needed to toilet, my son has special needs which the company were aware of 20mins before we were due to enter. They have charged us 75 for him to use the toilet 20 mins early basically. I will never book this villa again.

House is very spacious, the Pool and Game Room are excellent amenities! Pool & Spa heat works very well.. The outdoor sitting around the pool is a great feature as well. The house is in a great location, close proximity to most anything you need! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is staying in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Villa. It had everything we needed while being close to every thing we wanted to do! Each person had their own bathroom, bedroom and space. The pool was great to have with a lot of lounging area to enjoy the sun. Checking in and out was a very easy process. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Kissimmee!
