So I was on the first floor. You hear everything. Every time someone flushed you can hear. The blinds were not clean. Last night there was spider in our room. My son was scared even after I killed it. Parking is horrible I had to park 2 buildings down from where I was staying. I would probably not be staying there again.

We were there for 7 days/6 nights. We had a few issues with the unit. Hot water for the shower/faucets did not work unless the Jacuzzi hot water was on and running. Saw 1 roach in the bathroom. Hotel was notified and did reimburse some of the room charge.

Upon checking into room, fan and air conditioning not working. 90 degrees outside. Maintenance suggested to replace fan - air conditioner maintenance did not want to interrupt guest that was in next room. (that room controlled air conditioner in our room) - after awhile we were moved to another room. Room keys deactivated - getting into first door not second door. Having to wait for security to open our room and then waiting for Hospitality to bring another key. Suggesting for us to move to another room. This was not ideal when on vacation.
