Everything was wonderful. The hotel upgraded my room for free. The room was wonderful with a great view from the balcony of the outside area and the lake thats on the premises. Would definitely come back and recommend.

I was extremely comfortable here, and I enjoyed the pool variety and the affordable waterpark. The rooms were nice and clean and so comfortable. I’m vegan and I did manage finding things to eat although it could’ve been a little bit better and the price is in the grocery store were a little high. But I guess you have to pay for a great time. Lol

Room smelled a littlw damp but not enough for me to be overly concerned about it. Tv set up dated (non smart tvs) staff was amazing and attentive. Will visit again. I didnt explore the property enougg as i had a bunch of things to do away from the resort. My next stay will be longer so i can experience more of what they have to offer.

While staying at this resort housekeeping stole my gold necklace!!. Its a family heirloom that's been passed down through generations im livid. While on the premises i presented this issue to management and other than saying an investigation is going to be done, no other incentives were offered. I also found it suspicious that bags of towels and wash cloths were being dropped off inside the room (w/o request) several times in a day next to other unopened/unused bags of towels No cleaning was done nor requested so i couldn't understand why the need for continuous access to the room. Investigation is at the time ongoing, looking forward to hearing back from management.

By far one of the worst westgates i have ever stayed. When u check in you have to make a huge line due to only few employees working. There were a total of 15 - 20 employees at lobby. But only 5 at the computers helping guest check in. The guest line went all the way to the entrance door. I got to my room to find no towels were installed. I called front desk and requested towels. I stayed up for an hour and still no towels. I had to request them to bring the towels and leave them outside my door. Who knows when they brought them. We picked the hotel with my kids because of the pool and water slides etc . Sunday we were going to go enjoy the pool so kids were excited we get to pool at 10am when they opened to find out that we cant go in till 11am because only owners are allowed. No one ever mentioned that when we checked in and after i had asked the staff. This is freaking ridiculous. We got there at 10am there were only 4 people inside the waterpark. The rooms looked like from the 1980’s no curtains just cheap ass blinds. No restaurant for breakfast only for lunch and dinner. Huge room on the second floor with tables but a tiny buffet area that is empty not being used. Like i said the worst WestGate i have ever stayed at an that i will never return to.

Overall we had a nice visit. Ventilation was weird, smelling “things” from other units in the bathrooms. The adult pool allowed kids, employees couldn’t explain how to get to it and there was no employees there or bar. The Drafts restaurant was really nice, check in staff was awesome. Requests were responded to immediately

Beautiful property and suite with lots of pools and everything you could use or need inside the room. A little dated but It was huge with a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Great location. Near many shops, restaurants and highways. I didn't like that the toilet clogged daily. The bathroom was Dirty with someone's hair in it. Waterpark is expensive and should be free or included in The resort fee and if it rains or thunders they shut down and you get no money back. Which of course happened. You should at least get a credit to come back. Front desk staff were great with the exception of the Starbucks lady who was not friendly and does not dare make your coffee not like a traditional Starbucks. No instructions as to what to do with trash. Overall a very nice property nice staff and a few things to consider working on.

We arrived to a warm room, and contacted customer service and Nico stated someone would be up, so we went to dinner. When we came back about to hours later, the room was still warm. Tried contacting again and nothing. Very hard to sleep when its 76 facing a setting sun. Room never cooled down
