It was just surrounded by an apartment complex, people were outside working on their cars at night and not a savory place to stay. When there is a sign posted about not open carrying your firearm tells me people that have stayed there also felt the same way. Office staff was great but the staff on the golf carts were just rude. Price wasn’t bad and the room it self was clean but I will never stay there again.

The room was bright and clean. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi were great after a long day. Games such as volleyball and minigolf were accessible to the kids. Parking was easy. Diego at check-in was so helful and his recommendations were great. Of the 3 resorts I used at Orlando in the last 5 years this was the favorite. I booked here because my last favorit had no availability and next time this will be my go to reservation in Orlando.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Even though we didn’t use the amenities, there were many available. Everything was spotless except there was a drop of blood on one side of the bed. Looked like marker at 1st, but after trying to rub it out, knew it was blood. Possibly an employee that had a small cut on her hand? Other than that , it was a gorgeous place!
