I really liked this hotel. It’s a combination of local neighborhoods and businesses area. Lots of restaurants but the hotel has a nice breakfast with lots of choices. The food was great. I was glad I included it with our hotel stay. We stayed 3 nights and we had a great time. It is walking distance to a local train station. This was the first hotel we stayed in Japan so the other hotel we stayed in are nothing compared to this hotel. Staff are also super nice. Very helpful.

Nicely located, it was a short walk to Osaka station via the underground Whity centre which has lots of shops and eateries. Hotel looked smart from the outside and was polished on the inside. Room was spotlessly clean although on the small side but this is the norm for Japan. We loved the thoughtful amenities including the excellent skincare products that were provided and which you could pick up yourself more of yourself from a station near the lifts on the ground floor. I also appreciated the humidifier in the room given how dry the air was even without the aircon on. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever we needed anything. The cherry on top was the ability to use the excellent communal sento in the top floor as others have mentioned! Given the quality, it felt like excellent value for the rate we paid and we'd definitely stay again if we were back in Osaka.

It was at the convenient location for me. The room was big and everything was neat inside the hotel. There was no direct shuttle bus from the airport but I used a cab from the closest bus stop.

It was great and we only stayed one night, I would say if they provided more pillows and the furniture was upgraded that would be a bonus. The hotel itself was not any less then the 4 star we stayed. The breakfast was amazing and got to try loads of food we had on our list.
