Our beds were good, our room was great & very unique . The Construction materials everywhere made for some very unsafe areas, trip hazards . Staff were really nice & helpful except the breakfast waitress . She was very rude to everyone, I usually tip really well, she got $0. I will go back again, overall we enjoyed it. It will be nice when the renovation is done.

The room was very big. This hotel went through a major revovation and it shows. Very close to the Casino and easy to find. The room had a refrigerator, safe, micro wave and coffee maker. The wifi was also excellent.

We have to move to another room at 3am same night we checked in as all the beds were full of bed bugs They moved us to another room and even that room had bed bugs and my daughter got rashes from them Very very disappointed , terrible stay The electric outlets were not working and the lamp and center table was broken , had to unplug one of the table lamps to use our phone charger

The hotel is close by Ottawa and Gatineau city center by car. A lot of think seem to be old at the hotel, carpet, bed mattress, the tiny pool. And a lot of think just don't work like the spa and a bunch of the electrical outlet in the room. Also your better check your credit card statement as they charge me about 2500$ over the price of my reservation and have not been mulch help to fix the problem.

I stayed at Ramada and was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. Even after specifically requesting a room clean-up, nothing was done — no garbage emptied, no fresh towels, no basic cleaning. I had to follow up three separate times before anyone finally came, and it took hours. Housekeeping is slow, unresponsive, and far below the standard I’d expect from a Ramada. Definitely not worth the hassle.

This room was not worth anywhere near the $250 I spent. It has to have been the worst room I've ever stayed in and a complete waste of hard earned money. Our special night out away from the kids became an uncomfortable ordeal. Broken shower curtain track with almost half hanging off, patchwork repairs on the bathroom ceiling, damaged walls in the room. No decorations or pictures anywhere is not what one expects in a "Deluxe King" room or suite. Very Spartan and very uncomfortable. Looks like the hotel is a construction zone and the staff don't seem to care much when telling them about the problems. We didn't see any advisement that there was construction going on at time of booking. If I could give a negative I would.

I was worried about staying here after our stay at the Ramada in Thunder Bay, but it was phenomenal for our family of 5. The two bathrooms and the loft were lifesavers. They were renovating so there are a few little things missing like a chair for the desk upstairs. The sauna in the women’s washroom was broken and I assume the hot tub was too since it was covered. The pool is so so, but we went to the water park so it was ok. Also, service could be faster. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask twice and it took several hours. But I would 100% stay here again. The elevators are a bit small so might be hard to navigate in a wheel chair.
