The room was in good condition but the breakfast was sparse. It is a very old hotel and it was mostly empty. Front desk staff was very nice!

I booked a room with either 1 king or 2 queen, and I got 1 (what looked like) full, Staff had a “ too bad” attitude. The only nice looking thing was the lobby! Verrrrry outdated hotel, only 1 bedside table with no electrical outlet behind it, and we both wear CPAPs, so one of us had to go without it for the night! Whaaat? The room cannot be up to code. No electrical outlet in the bathroom, which was so inconvenient for two women trying to get ready! The room was 60 degrees and took half the night to warm up, the bedspread was… was it even a bedspread? It was so so thin, I honestly don’t think it was a bedspread, and there were no extra blankets. The bed was like a ROCK, the pillows were nice though! The room next to us had his TV blaring all night and we could hear every phone conversation that he had, plain as day, as the room just had a door separating our rooms. Oh! And his ring tone? A POLICE SIREN, so we got to hear THAT until 2a.m. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It was just an awful experience. Should’ve booked the Country Inn across the street. This Ramada should be downgraded to a motel.

We booked a room for 6 with two beds and one pullout. Got a room with two beds. We’re told at check in that they don’t have those rooms period. Don’t know if it was hotels.com or Ramada’s fault. Hotel staff could have cared less. Had to book an additional room. Hotel is extremely run down, breakfast was disgusting. The hotel seems to have more people living there (monthly?) than guests. Lots of questionable activities going on.

It was a bed! Very dated, a little run down and need of attention. Was more like a low end rest home. Breakfast wasn’t great, bathroom wasn’t either! But it was a place to sleep for two tired travelers!

Building is not well maintained, but it is clean. Pool is very warm and clean, however there is no hot tub like in the photos. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
