The Econe Lodge is a good choice for a budget motel stay. All the rooms are on one floor and it was in a convenient location. My only negative comment was that the provided contenental breakfast is horrible! I don't expect much for a discuounted price but the only offerings were a waffle maker and cereal. No toast, bagels ,etc. I was disappointed

The room was very clean bed was comfy shower was 6/10 but it did the job. The continental breakfast 2/10 but understandable for a smaller motel. Convenient definitely the restaurants are in walking distance Walmart was across the street 9/10. I'd stay again staff was extremely nice. 10/10

Well the beds were clean the room was clean. Just a very cheap single story little motel. They made me wait until they checked the room before they gave me my deposit back. Like I would be a thief of that crap. So I would not stay there again.

Decent, budget-friendly accommodations

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It had what we needed. Everything worked for the most part. The card keys stopped working the second day and it took a couple times to reprogram them, but otherwise no issues. The "hot breakfast" is a waffle maker. They have cereal, little muffins, juice, coffee. We did not partake of anything but the coffee which was ok. It isnt fancy, but gets the job done overall. Has a small pool, which we didnt use, but looked clean.

The room was outdated, floor was sagging at the bathroom door, shower head was falling off of the wall, and the fridge was leaking water in the floor

The property is old but the rooms are pretty clean. Sone build up dust in the corners. It was what I would expect for the price paid (about $69 per night). If you are looking for a place to just lay your head down this is fine. Continental breakfast sucks. Coffee is horrible.

The hotel clerk, a young woman, was friendly and tried to help us figure out where to park our camper, since the lot was dead end. Room was clean with the necessities, Surroundings were trafficky. We had to walk to a restaurant since we couldn’t get our truck out, and the walk was not pedestrian-friendly.

Recommendations

I have two issues: 1) there needs to be a step added to the room entries. Someone with mobility or stepping issues would have had trouble getting in and out of the room. 2) The bed height was extremely high. Should be lowered so people under 5'5" could easily get in and out special during the night.
