OCEAN BREEZE RANNAKOTI

Ocean Breeze Beach Home on suunniteltu täydelliseksi loma-asunnoksi, joka sijaitsee kätevästi "Hopea-juosteella", lähellä Kanaalisaarten satamaa, vain 15 mailia etelään Venturasta, 30 mailia pohjoiseen Malibusta ja 45 kilometrin päässä Santa Barbarasta Kaliforniassa.
Todella ranta sisustus, kirkkaan sininen ja valkoisia, tämä neljän makuuhuoneen talo on vain 400 metrin päässä rannasta. Kolme pohjakerroksen makuuhuonetta ovat täysin yksityisiä toisiinsa nähden (2-Q, 1-K). Kaikissa huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone, vaatekaappi, WIFI, kaapeli-TV, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja -lauta. Jokaisessa pohjakerroksen makuuhuoneessa on lasinen liukuovi.
Yläkerta johtaa viihdealueelle ja keittiöön. Keittiössä on täydelliset keittiövälineet, astiat 10 + vieraalle sekä neljä lasten muoviastioita, Keurig-kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, crockpot, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin ja tehosekoitin. Suuri huipputarina on avoin pohjaratkaisu, joten voit valmistaa ruokaa, katsella televisiota, juoda baarissa ja syödä tuntumatta eristyneitä. Tai suunnaudu ulkoterassille grillaamaan maakaasugrillaan tai nauttimaan cocktaileja auringonlaskun aikaan. Siellä on lasi pöytä ja tuolit ja paljon ylimääräistä tilaa sekoittamiseen ja merituulen nauttimiseen.
Yläkerran Master-sviitti tukee koko perhettä, jossa on parisänky, kerrossänky ja ulosvedettävä sänky. Kylpyhuoneessa on iso suihku, jossa 2 suihkupäää. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kaapeli-TV, hiustenkuivaaja, silitysrauta ja -lauta. Olohuoneen sohvassa on ulosvedettävä Q-sänky, vuodevaatteet löytyvät makuuhuoneen kaapista.
Talossa on sängyt viidelle (5) pariskunnalle ja kolmelle lapselle (3). Mutta Ventura Countyn lupa sallii vain 10 vieraan.
Hopearannan rannalla on aaltoja, jotka ovat hienoja boogie-lennolle ja surffaukseen. Hiekka on puhdasta ja pehmeää kävelyä tai juoksua varten. Voit meloa, vuokrata sähkövenettä risteilylle kanavilla, nousta meloon lennolle, harrastaa kalastusta, käydä Kanaalisaarilla tai vain rentoutua hiekalla.
Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja ylimääräisillä 50 dollarilla. 00 siivousmaksu. Rannalla pelaamisen jälkeen voit siivota ulko-, kuuma- ja kylmävesisuihkulla. Rentoudu maakaasun palo-kuopan ympärillä.
Talon edessä on kolme (3) pysäköintipaikkaa vieraille. Autotalli on vieraille rajoitettu. Jos autoja on enemmän kuin kolme, sivukaduilla voi olla pysäköintialue.
Maili kävelymatkan, pyöräretkelle tai ajaa löydät ruokakauppa, kahvila ja ravintola. Kahden mailin päässä Silver Strandista voit ajaa ostoskeskukseen, jossa on Ralphin tori, Starbucks, Manhattan Bagel, I Hop, Toppers Pizza, Waterside Wine Bar and Restaurant, Ross sekä monia muita mukavuuksia.

Please wash beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and dry (that we provide) and return to downstairs closet. Close umbrellas and secure before you leave.
Bring your beach cruisers, great area for bike cruising. We have trash service on Thursdays please allow room for company to enter driveway.
Start a load of towels and linens upon check out please! Please!! No more than 10 guest overnight, noise to a minimum after 10:00pm

Overall had a great time. Loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom, loved how close it was to the beach, loved how clean it was and everything worked... with a few small quibbles. Upstairs shower kept going from cold to hot, couldn't control it. Pillows were all too soft, two of us had to go to Target to buy a couple firm pillows, so you might want to get a few more of those for guests with different taste in pillow. And there were 9 of us, and only 4 forks, so maybe the last guest accidentally lost a few. But overall great, I'd come back for another big family gathering.

We had an amazing stay at the Ocean Breeze Beach Home at the end of July. Our communication with the owner was excellent and she was very responsive. Check-in was super easy with a code and the house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the outdoor shower to clean off sand, and the enclosed fence around the property gave us peace of mind with our dogs going outside. The beds were VERY comfortable to sleep in and the location was perfect. Super close to the beach and walking distance to Silver Strand restaurants. We had an amazing and relaxing family vacation and we will definitely hope to stay at Ocean Breeze Beach Home again!!!

We stayed at the Ocean Breeze Beach Home from August 1-4 and absolutely loved it. First off, location, location, location! The house is a 1 block walk to the beach, which is awesome if you left something behind or need to go to the bathroom! My mom is elderly and didn't go with us to the beach, so it was so nice to be able to run back to check on her whenever we wanted to! The house is very roomy with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked! We always bring important kitchen items when we rent, but this place had it all. In addition, the deck area off the living room was a nice bonus. Our dog spent a lot of time out there. Lastly, the owner was very responsive and thoughtful. He even left us a big bag of ice because the ice maker had just been repaired and he didn't know if it would make enough ice before we arrived. We will definitely return and can't recommend this house enough!

Blissful beach stay

We loved it! All the kitchen and beach accessories, household appliances, bathrooms for everyone and short walk to the beach. We grilled and used the fire pit every night. Baby proofed really helped too. Thank you!

Mini Vacation and Family Wedding

We came into town from Minnesota for a family wedding over the weekend and stayed a few extra days. The place was just perfect for us. We had 9 people total in our party 8 adults and 1 teenager (14). It has everything we needed. One of the biggest game changers for us was that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own personal bathroom with shower which is huge when having so many people getting ready for a wedding. It also has an open kitchen/family room area where we all could hang out comfortably and spend some quality family time. Will plan to stay here again if and when we have our next family wedding in California.We also loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk along the beach which is only a block away and see all the sea lions. Lastly the hosts are great at getting back to you with any questions you have and also went out of their way when my daughter left her wallet. They were kind enough to mail it back to us.

Serene Beach Stay

Terrific family stay

Location, location, location! Just a 5-minute walk to beautiful Silver Strand beach. The home was about perfect for four couples & one kid. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and 2 have king-sized beds. There’s a large gathering space on the upper floor that was very comfortable. Big kitchen/well appointed.

Spacious home. Casual and clean. Comfy beds. Had 1 request and 1 question for owner during our stay; they responded within minutes - excellent. Great walkable neighborhood. Amazing proximity to beach, harbor, restaurants. Would stay again!

Family getaway

First day no electricity in one of the lower bdrms. Second morning no hot water throughout house. Third morning overflowing toilet in another lower bdrm which after plumber left we had to clean up and do laundry so we might have some extra towels. Expect to live out of your suitcases because two bdrms have no drawers and the drawers in the third lower bdrm are in closet whose doors barely slide. Upstairs in the kitchen/living area you also need to keep your foodstuffs in bags because no where to put it it. The table area was used for storage. There are plenty of plates, cups and silverware but as far as a well stocked kitchen it’s not. No mixing bowls, plenty of lids with no bottoms, etc. The laminate cupboards are peeling. As for cleanliness, outdoors pretty much nothing is cleaned. Indoors basically the pathways where you walk are probably cleaned but outside of that not. Dead spiders were seen along the baseboards which probably haven’t been been cleaned in ages. Well before covid I’m sure. My daughter and her guest ended up getting a hotel room 15 min away after the toilet debacle. I’m not really sure why guests are even charged a cleaning fee. It is close to a sandy beach and does have a nice bbq, just bring your own baster. Overall I feel Vrbo did us wrong on this one and need to present current pictures of property to prospective renters and not lie when describing it

Great Place

Great place for a large family. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a full bathroom, tv and a ceiling fan which was nice. Had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. Short walk to the beach in the nice quiet neighborhood. We even got to see all the sea lions on the beach at the harbor. A little wear and tear on the beach house and some not so tidy rooms but all and all a nice place to stay.

Silver Strand Beach House

This property is exactly as described. It is equipped with everything you would have in your own home to cook meals for the entire family. And there are even chairs and toys to use at the beach! We were very comfortable and enjoyed every minute of our time there. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to silver strand beach the beach itself was wonderful, clean and quiet, the house accommodated all of us as a family ranging from ages 3 to 88@ Ventura and Oxnard provided wonderful dining experiences and family fun!!!!

Our nice had her wedding in nearby Camarillo so the family from out of town stayed with us at the beach house. The amenities and accommodations were perfect for the 10 of us. Nice walks on the beach. Great space for visiting and getting ready for the wedding.

Weekend getaway in a great way

Our weekend getaway at the beach house was amazing! A a present to our children, the house was exactly what our entire family needed. We have three kids, two married and one grandchild each. Having plenty of room for each to have their own room and bathroom was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the less than one block to the beach was great for when we wanted to play. The check in and out instructions were simple and the communication was prompt and appreciated. We went for morning walks or runs, ate at The Strandwich and supported the corner market. We loved the quietness and quaintness of Silver Strand beach and hope to return again in the future to see other sights of the area which we couldn’t fit into our weekend.

Our Thanksgiving reunion

The Ocean Breeze beach house was a perfect location for the six of us. Everyone appreciated having their own bedroom and particularly their own bathroom. The open family room allowed us to be together to eat, watch television, talk and/or enjoy the outside terrace. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen which I used to make our Thanksgiving meal. In addition the location was such a short walk to the beach we were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.
