The hotel is in a perfect location if you are traveling with dogs! Nice green space behind the hotel and two poop bag stations! Room is clean m, bed is lumpy but definitely would stay here again

The gentleman running the front desk on Friday 11/21 was incredibly helpful. My daughter didn't feel well and he helped me get some tea bags and honey to make her hot tea. This was later in the evening. My family is so appreciative of him. I wish I had thought to take his name down. We plan to stay at this hotel again next Friday on our way back home. We will be using this as our new halfway point to stay at when going back to Missouri and it was because of this gentleman and also how clean everything was. Thank you!

"Breakfast" was awful. There were two hard boiled eggs, some cereal, and a couple other things. All the guests were complaining. Don't stay here if you expect breakfast.

The breakfast menu was great. We asked for a bottom floor room, but got no response. The desk chair in the room was very wobbly, I was almost scared to sit in it. The room was clean and everything else was good.

I had made in advance reservations for a bottom floor handicap room. When I got to the hotel i was promptly told that the bottom floor rooms are first come first served. It didn't matter if i had reserved one in advance. I am an older woman traveling alone with my two Schnauzers so i was expected to let them out to potty from 3 floors up in the pouring rain. Then the bolt lock was not working in my room, so i propped the chair to keep it locked. I also found pubic hair in the bathroom on the toilet and toilet paper. I will never use this hotel again nor recommend it. So totally upest. This was the the first stop on my move to Wyoming.
