The room was not clean, stain on the carpet, the beds were not comfortable, the handsoap was mounted on the wall to so kids can't reach. 74 in our room and the ac/fan kept turning off. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Pull out couch hard, no bedding for it in room. Pool and hot tub, NASTY. Cloudy smelled musty & stagnant water. the plaster was falling off the walls. Breakfast was not good brown bananas, soggy biscuits with canned county gravy in an crockpot (not NFS) and microwaved sausage. No butter just parkay squeeze bottle. I took photos

This hotel is outdated and not well maintained. We tried 3 rooms here before giving up on this property and absorbing the loss of our non-refundable fare. The first room smelled like cigarette smoke, the second room smelled like cooked broccoli and the third room was musty and had small insects that looked suspiciously like bed bugs in one bed.

Housekeeping did not change the sheets or the trash daily..and was bitten by bed bugs and did report it to the manager on duty. The manager was not concerned or did not take any action on the manner that was addressed.

We appreciated that this property had two queen beds vs double. Staff was friendly. Our check in was after midnight due to late arrival. There was a a sign at the front desk that they'd stepped away to help a guest elsewhere. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. Nice handsoap and shampoo/ conditioner options. Some noteable opportunities: 3 pillows per bed, but the pillows were twin bed size. It took all 3 pillows to feel like 1 pillow. Mold on bathtub surround. No exhaust fan in bathroom. This makes for some awkward moments in sharing a room. Bathroom door had an inch space gab on the bottom so sound coming through. Expedia price was $88/night plus tax and showed it as pet friendly. Booked it and when we got there, there was a $25 charge for the pet that had not been shared. Had to sign pet agreement that stated your pet can't make noise and can't be left alone. Pets only allowed on carpeted area in lobby but not in tiled the open seating area with tables. This means a daily couldnt jennel. Their pet in the room as they'd probably make noise, but also can't have the pet downstairs in order to sit and eat. NOTE- fix itself is kept in another area. Breakfast had no eggs or bacon. We went down the street to McD's instead.

Great place to stay

Stayed for a couple days. The room was clean and stocked well. I did have to go and get linens for the pull out but wasnt a big deal. I woke up for breakfast once lol there was numerous options...I enjoyed the hot tub the most

A Train Ran Through It

When I decided to book this hotel it was based on reviews which stated the hotel didn’t charge pet rent which was NOT TRUE. Also the beds were really hard. We were woken up by a train that sounded like it was in our room.

Just a one night stay on my way to TN. Man at desk for my late check in was super friendly and very nice. Comfortable, clean but “breakfast” wasn’t really breakfast. No breakfast meats or even scrambled eggs. Check out was easy however, the woman at the desk, not the friendliest.

Clean, good service but loud and bright

Hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was great, too. However, the curtains were sheer (no blackout curtains), and the lights from the parking lot and interstate kept me awake. There was quite a lot of road noise from I-24 as well.

Great hotel, Deposit is insane!

We love this hotel for just a quick weekend getaway. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The indoor pool is ACTUALLY HEATED, unlike some that say they are but, aren’t really. The only drawback is that unlike most if you live within a 70 mile radius they charge a $250 deposit (which is about double the cost of the room itself) and are in no hurry to refund it when you leave. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and I still have not received the deposit back.
