It was a good place. I booked a suite for 3 adults two teenagers , two queen beds. Usually suites advertised like these come with a cot or sofa/bed, to fit all. This wasn’t it. It was uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. The front desk did not have any available solutions. Not as advertised for sure.

We felt safe at this property and loved the convenience of our group of 2 rooms being right next to each other. The room was overall rather clean. The soap in the room is rather high so if traveling w kids, you might need to help them wash their hands, plus help them with the shampoo and conditioner! The bed wasn’t very comfortable, breakfast was just ok and the pool wasn’t ideal. The smell was so strong in the pool area it burned our eyes. It was so warm in the pool area for parents watching. Paint was peeling off in the pool area. Overall, this was a decent stay. If traveling with kids wanting to swim, this may not be preferred. The location was convenient.

The property was nice and the staff was friendly. Only complaint was they put us in a room next to someone with a dog (we did not have a pet with us) and the dog barked all night long and the owner yelled at it all night long. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us.

Not clean.

Rooms were dirty, our door lock didn’t work, I got a terrible ear infection swimming their pool. Gross!!! My aunt had to have her room switched cause she found hair all over her bed and they said “we don’t have cleaning staff here” so they just gave her a different room. Will not be returning. Disgusting!!!

Could be worse.

The place looked new but beaten up like people that stayed there tore it up. People had there dog barking all night and someone let their dog pee on the corner by the elevator and didnt clean it up.
