Overall, your service was good. However, the mattress in the room I stayed in was too old, and the springs were sagging. I experienced severe back pain in the morning after sleeping on it. The reason was that the mattress was so worn out that the back area had sunken deeply. Please replace the mattress with a new one. The next morning was very difficult for me.

The Hotel feels new, clean & modern. The veranda off the lobby has the most stunning views! It’s a perfect start to the day, while enjoying a good breakfast. The beds were super comfy too! Loved the Hyatt Place!

Staff are very polite, accommodating, and respectful. I told the front desk that we drove for about 5 hours, did not get any sleep because we left Nevada at 1am. Si instead of waiting until 4pm to check in. They tried their best to accommodate us and let us check in early like 2:45 so we could rest. We were so thankful. This was above and beyond. We really appreciate this.

The staff were very accommodating and made everything easy. The hotel was very clean in all areas. Our room had a nice layout and we were satisfied with it. Just wish there would’ve been more food options. After a long day of travel, we wanted to eat there and call it a day.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staff in restaurant and front desk were all friendly and efficient. Food was fantastic and I liked having proper cutlery rather than plastic stuff
