It was my first time staying at Hyatt Place and it was okay. You can tell it’s one of the budget options by how the staff act. They never really looked up or made eye contact when talking, which felt rude. The room was fine. Clean and practical, nothing special, but all I needed was a clean space and a comfortable bed. Breakfast wasn’t anything exciting, just a basic continental setup. Plenty of parking though. I’m not sure if I’d stay at Hyatt Place again.

There was a fire in the hotel, we were told we would be credited for our night stay, and that was over a month ago, we still have not received any money back, or any returned correspondence from sent emails.
