The service was great. My stay was on the coldest weekend of the season, the temps were in the 40s and it was windy. Unfortunately for me, my first night the room had no heat. After complaining for hours the staff was able to find a similar room with heat. Other than no heat on the first night, I have no complaints.

Amazing resort with fantastic staff. We had some miscommunication with the room type booked and they were able to resolve it quickly. The rooms were clean and spacious. Every staff member was so pleasant and helpful. The resort felt luxurious and relaxing, and had everything we needed on site. The day pass for the spa was also great. We will definitely be returning.

Architecture is beautiful. Service was inconsistent. They need more experienced staff and more staff. Took forever to get served and reservations requested for dinner were never made. The coffee bar needs a real barista, and not burned pastries to live up to the promised experience.
