Guest services and customer service is not at level it should be for the caliber of this resort. Not treated with exceptional service which should be expected. Hidden fees not disclosed; parking, etc. The grounds are beautiful, but staff refused to pick up garbage glassware, etc. I found myself picking up after others because staff would walk by and not pick up a thing. I would be embarrassed if I was the GM of this establishment.
