Great Stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Check-in was easy, the price was reasonable, and overall it was a smooth and pleasant stay. I would stay again.

I had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in easy. The location is great and the price is very reasonable for the area. I would stay here again!

The room was nice and clean. Didn’t realize the family room doesn’t have a bath tub so wasn’t very convenient for my child. Walls are not sound proof- we could hear the neighbors conversations. The hotel was close to Stanford Children’s Hospital , that was also convenient.

When we arrived the bed and whole room was messy as if someone had just left. We found the bed was not made, towels on the floor, food left overs and trash on the night stand. The lady at the front desk told us she would have to give us another room on the 2nd floor and it would be a queen bed, when I had clearly paid for a King sized bed and asked to be on the because of my son's disability. I said that would not work for us and she said with a bad attitude we would have to wait until she cleaned the room then. We agreed to wait. So when we went back into that room and were about to go to bed as I lifted the sheets I saw what looked like stains of blood and fecal matter. I reported this to their messaging system and on the hotel's website where it says contact us. The messaging system replied saying they would contact front desk and she would contact me shortly. We waited and she did not come to assist us. I went to Walmart at 11:30pm to buy a king sized blanket, sheets and pillow covers. We went to bed at around 12:20am because of this incident. We woke up at 5am for a procedure at Stanford. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Lack of hygiene, bad hospitality, seriously not even in the cheapest hotels in México have I seen this level of filthiness. I'm beyond livid I paid for this nasty room and rude treatment by the hotels staff

Our room was not clean, even thought we were out all day. Had to ask for clean towels. Bathroom to small. I come to that area every couple of month. Try to stay in different hotels to see if one is the best. Leland Hotel wasn’t my favorite so far.

The hotel is rundown and fell short of reasonable expectations for a $300 stay. From reception to the room, it felt like a questionable roadside motel. The walls were scuffed, furniture cheap, shower drain was clogged, the location was isolated. With no flexibility on cancellation I felt stuck at a place I was not comfortable to be alone at. If the rate was $99 I would not leave this review, as that would change my expectations. But the rate was $300 and the experience was poor.

I liked that it felt safe, and parking and check out was super easy. Unfortunately, the handheld shower holder was broken, so I had to take a one-handed shower. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty, and the floor around the toilet was very dirty.

Cleanliness wasn’t to par. The floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a while. Just by walking around the room my socks were filthy black. The walls and baseboards need to be wiped down. Next to the bed was a big crusty booger which was disgusting. The headboard had lots of spiderwebs. The bedsheets, pillow, and comforter had hair. One of the beds there was a yellow stain. Definitely more of a motel than an actual hotel.

Welcome staff was great. Breakfast was individual packaged oatmeal. Not spectacular. The made bed had somebody's hair in it. There was a sock below the chair. I can't say attention to detail was high on the list here. Standards need to be raised. Nice place to be, all the same.
