When you walk into the Tidewater unit#1811 you will be amazed at the immediate stunning views of the emerald coast. The king master is on your left, with bathroom that has tub and shower, the queen master is on the right, with bathroom that has a shower. Moving down the hall is the bunkroom that provides the feeling of a 3rd bedroom with full bathroom. Across the hall is the washer and dryer so no need to overpack.

The newly updated kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. It has granite counter tops and tile backsplash, with new high-end stainless-steel appliances in our home. The living room has a spacious floor plan. It includes a sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, and a large flat screen TV. The dining area is a great space for meals or playing games.

The floor to ceiling sliders open up to the balcony where you have your coffee and watch for dolphins, manatees, and other sea life.

Tidewater on Panama City Beach resides on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world with more than 200 yards of sugar white sands and emerald green water.

The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 with a Tiki Bar, 2 hot tubs, 1 heated indoor pool, roman spas, steam and sauna rooms, and a gulf front 4000 plus sq. foot fitness center. There is a game room for the kids, a 70 person movie theater, media center, and multi level covered parking garage. There is also an onsite restaurant with daily happy hours and a seasonal beach store with Starbucks, snacks, and sundries.

Wonderful vacation

This condo was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to make any meal. The best part about this condo is the wonderful owners. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience during your stay. We have stayed in alot of placea and never had owners like this. Always a text or call away to handle any issues that may come up no matter what time of day it is they are always there to answer. I woukd highlit recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great stay at Tidewater.

Excellent location! Within walking distance of Pier Park. The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious with an AMAZING VIEW of the Gulf and the beach. The owners of the condo are so sweet and caring. They were in contact before our stay with lots of information on place to go and things to do while there. There was a family situation at home and I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to stay after the first day. I contacted Angie and explained my situation to see what I would need to do if I did need to return home. Thankfully I was able to stay but she was so sweet and called to check on me while I was there. She also checked in again after we had left. I HIGHLY recommend this condo and especially the owners!!!

Wonderful condo!

Condo was exactly as described and tremendous! We paid for early check-in and got exactly that. Luckily, being early May, we didn’t have to wait on elevators as usual for the later summer months. Steve and Angie were very professional and polite hosts.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here! Our room / host was wonderful and was always easy to contact. Great location to everything. Only issue we had were elevators here, just like every other condo during the busy season. Other than that, this was the best room we've had at Panama! Would definitely recommend!!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was a great place to work while overlooking the beach while the rest of the family were playing. As advertised the elevators are the only thing that was a negative but as long as you don’t go in peak times it wasn’t terrible. Consistent 5-15 minute waits. The owners were absolutely amazing and immediately responded to questions or concerns.

Family Vacation 2024

The condo was amazing and very clean! We took our family vacation (me, my husband, our 1 year old and my parents) to Florida for the first time and this was the perfect location! It is within walking distance to local attractions and restaurants, but we ended up driving everywhere due to current construction leaving the sidewalks inaccessible. The condo was very nice and the resort is very clean and secure. The elevators were very slow at times, but we expected this traveling during peak season! The owners were fantastic with updating us on things around the resort and local swim warnings! We definitely plan to return in the future!

The condo was great. I worried it may be noisy because it’s on a busy street and the actual condo was right in front of the elevator. Neither were issues and it was very quiet. The hosts were very responsive and great to communicate with. I will be back next year.

Great condo

After a 16 Hour drive from Chicago, we were so happy that when we opened the door, we had the most spectacular view of the beautiful blue ocean. My family of five stayed at this condo, and we had more than enough room for us all. Everything was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was great that each room had their own private bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, bakeware, and cookware. The only thing I brought was my Keurig since there was only a regular coffee maker there. Condo came with beach chairs that we were able to take on the beach each day. Even though the condo is directly across from the elevators, there was never an issue with noise. The biggest con to the tidewater resort is the elevator situation. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an elevator. This is our third year spending spring break in Panama City Beach. In the past we stayed at resorts on the opposite end. I really like this location -Tidewater resort is walking distance to Pier Park. Traffic can be really heavy and it was easier to walk than take the car. Parking was fairly easy. There is an extra $48 that you have to pay for parking and wristbands. We had an absolutely fantastic time. We would definitely stay at this particular condo again. Steve and Angie were great with all communications.

The actual condo was nice! We enjoyed the cleanliness and nice accommodations. Our group was not impressed with the way you had to get from place to place. The elevators we not efficient, getting luggage rack was a pain, parking was often difficult, and several of the workers were not friendly at all. Even though the condo was nice, I do not see us returning to Tidewater.

Awesome Experience!

This vacay was an annual Girls Trip that my friends and i have taken for over 20 years. We determined this to be the best condo ever! The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils, and bathrooms had plentiful towels and tissue. We especially appreciated no carpets or rugs holding the leftover dirt of previous renters! The decor was pretty and relaxing, and all the beds were comfy. I would love to stay here again!

My family and I stayed for a week in this amazing condo. Absolutely stunning view off the balcony, convenient location, clean and very accommodating. I have no complaints. Ocean in your back yard. Pools on each side of you. Walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was stocked with supplies that got us through nearly the whole week we were there. The owners checked in consistently; very impressive. I have not a bad thing to say about our beautiful week spent in this condo in beautiful Panama City Beach! Book your stay, you won’t regret it!!

Great location on the beach!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Tidewater! We enjoyed the proximity and views of the ocean. The teens enjoyed being close to Pier Park. It was great having 3 separate bathrooms in the condo, since we had 4 teenage girls in the group. It was spring break, so the elevators were slow. The tips in the guest book were helpful, and it didn't put a huge damper on our trip. It just required a little more patience.
