”Sunny Side Up” on nimetty asianmukaisesti upeista auringonnousunäkymistä, joita tällä suloisella huoneistolla on tarjota. Aloita päiväsi näkymistä lahdelle lämpimällä kahvikupilla, kun nautit päivittävästä auringonnoususta joka päivä. Nauti kevyestä aamiaisesta ulkosalla kannella valmistautuessasi päiväksi auringossa.
Tämä koti on upea, ylimmän kerroksen, kulma-asuntohuoneisto, joka kunnostettiin kokonaan ylellisimmin viimeistelyyn ja sisustukseen. Maallinen mutta moderni ilmapiiri on kutsuva ja mukava milloin tahansa vuoden aikana. Täysikokoisessa keittiössä on huippuluokan kodinkoneet ja se tarjoaa kaiken mitä tarvitset kauniiden aterioiden valmistamiseksi lomallasi. Makuuhuone on todellinen pakopaikka kevyellä ja ilmavalla sisustuksella ja hiljattain remontoidulla kylpyhuoneella. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja täysikokoinen pinnasänky käytettävissäsi, jos sinulla on vauva. Myös olohuoneessa on ulosvedettävä sohva ja lapsilla on räjähdys nukkuminen kahdella kerrossängyllä!

Nice location with Gulf view. Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The inside is nicely done and comfortable. We had two very slight glitches (toaster didn't work and the door keypad battery was low) BUT the host was right on it and had the issues solved immediately. My suggestion is for this property to have a good gas grill. There is a brick charcoal barbeque outside but the grate is too rusty to use.

Anniversary getaway

Perfect place for an anniversary getaway! Everything was super clean and well decorated. If you don’t want to be in the business of 30A, this location is great. I also loved the corner unit with the windows in living area! There is not an elevator so come prepared to carry luggage up the stairs (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Overall, we had a great stay & hope to book here again soon.

Very Comfortable and Awesome Location!

The room was as described. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a partial view of the water. The complex was well maintained and quiet. Extremely easy access to the beach. It was great being able to walk to the beach access. We didn’t have to drive and then try to find parking, which at busy times can be very difficult. King bed was very comfortable. Air worked great. The water in the unit did smell, but maybe that’s normal for the area. We would rent this unit again in the future.

Relaxing Stay

Traveled with a few friends for a relaxing girls trip and really enjoyed the stay. Location was great but walk to rosemary was further than expected. Still doable and all three of us were pregnant. Would recommend to friends and family!

Not So Wonderful

While on the surface and from the pictures, this place looks incredible, as it is clearly renovated, modern and updated and the location is prime, our experience during our week long stay here sadly, was not so wonderful. First, the smell of mold, must and mildew that hits you when you open the door is overwhelming. I've been coming to 30A for over 25 years and have never stayed in a place where the mold smell was so powerful and strong and now my husband has a sinus infection as a result. I'm mainly giving a negative review because we went an entire week with a broken refrigerator that we reported on Sunday (we checked in on Saturday at 4 pm) that was not fixed until 3 pm on Friday (less than a day before our departure) after we spent over $300 on groceries. We noticed the refrigerator was not working upon our waking Sunday morning to start our day - it was at 58 degrees and we tried everything to get it working. As it was just my husband and I on this trip, we managed by placing all the perishable items in a cooler with ice but the inconvenience of the whole situation was just bad not to mention that we had to constantly chase down the property management company for an update on when the refrigerator would be fixed. When we asked for some type of adjustment to our bill because of the massive inconvenience to us, the contact at the PM company was very rude and said that discounts/refunds was not her decision to make and that she would have a manager contact us, which of course never happened. In general, the place needs a complete maintenance overhaul to fix the mold situation, repair the broken sink cabinet door, touch up paint, wash the couch coverlet, repair the rugable rug that we had to fix ourselves after constantly tripping over it, and in general a really good deep cleaning. Also, the blender has no pitcher - so just the blender motor so I had to go buy a small single-serve blender and there was only one small 8 inch frying pan and nothing more. We are a big breakfast family (why we like staying in a condo) so it made making breakfast a real challenge. Not sure if the owners of this unit check their reviews and I'm hoping that they do so they can make the improvements and changes in order to make this place as wonderful as it should be. As a small business owner myself, we rely tremendously on our client reviews to attract new clients but really to help us improve in areas that we may have overlooked or not even considered.

Great location, poor quality of cleanliness

By our second night in this property, we had killed 5+ bugs/insects in the home (shower, bathroom floor, kitchen). We weren’t as bothered, as we understood perhaps the climate increased the likelihood of bugs in home. However, the second night hit and we saw a large cockroach under the dishwasher making its way towards the center kitchen floor. We were extremely uncomfortable the rest of the night terrified that there would be more. I called the managing property the next day and was told that pest control would be there in the evening. I never received a follow up call informing that they had arrived or had done their job. In addition, the kitchen fridge did not cool as it should. The fridge reached 56° By day three. The property manager informed they weren’t able to have service called in due to the holiday season. About $100 of perishable food wasted due to the lack of service. Disappointed in the house. A better cleaning service & pest control is needed. Other than these inconveniences, the location is great and close to the beach and restaurants. I’d return to Inlet Beach but wouldn't book this house in the future. - visited September 2022

Our visit to Inlet Beach

We felt comfortable and at home in this property. Some suggestions: the living room rug needs to be tacked down or taped down in the way to the kitchen area because it was a fall hazard. A grab bar is needed in the shower. The outdoor porch light needs to be replaced. The cleaning staff hadn't cleaned the lint filter in the dryer for ages. They also missed a dirty tissue in a straw basket under the bunk beds. Otherwise, the view to the Gulf was fabulous and the location was close to restaurants shopping and 30A. Of course, the beach was walking distance and a ramp led down to the beach unlike another beach we visited that used steps.
