The living room has a very large sliding door set that affords amazing beach and sunset views. Another thing that sets this unit apart is the spacious open floor plan. A special feature of this floorplan is that part of the balcony is shaded during the day so you can enjoy the view without being directly in the sun if you choose and the window treatments do not have to be drawn to protected you from the direct sun so you can enjoy the view around the clock. Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new starting with the beautiful entrance portico and amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn.
