Room was dirty. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned. The kids feet were black after being barefoot for a few minutes. Stains on the side of the mattress and lamp. There was 2 empty hand sanitizers on the walls on the common areas. Noisy since it’s right next to the road. Also noisy

Had to leave a day early due to personal crisis at home. Staff offered to request a refund for the one night unused. Thats the best they could do. Hoping Expedia is as nice as the hotel was.

The first room was dirty with what looked to be a red sauce on the floor and couch. The bed was full of hair and yellow stains. When asked about another room the receptionist didn't really seem to be interested. A lady with a lot of kids who was seemingly her friend kept coming in and out while I was checking in and it was as if I was interupting what they were doing rather than being checked in.

It was in real rough shape, stuff kept falling on my bed from the ceiling. The shower and tile around it needed to be replaced. The chair at the little desk in the room was shredded. It looked like it was a very old building that tried to upgrade but didn’t quite keep up on it. The bed was very hard and when the laundry was running my whole room shook. But the staff was very kind and accommodating. So props to them!

Hotel was clean, room was clean and comfortable. It had a portable air conditioner purifier very much liked. Breakfast was good. At check in confirmed with staff the requested 2pm checkout was approved, was obviously not communicated with morning shift despite note in folio and on the receipt. Morning staff did not honor the agreement. was ask to leave.Neighborhood was sketchy and run down. Overall. Average

Rather be in my machine shop. But that place was part of a hostile taken over. This hotel has mold and made me lie about my dog being a service dog. Mold in the Bible and found a dead roach. Earth is getting old fast.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price The front desk experience was underwhelming—there was no greeting or warm welcome when we checked in, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The hotel overall is in need of serious updates and improvements. Our room had noticeable rust, especially in the bathroom, and the paint job was poorly done. Some surfaces were sticky and didn’t feel clean. At $250 a night, I expected much better quality and service. I won’t be staying here again.
