The room was, clean, a bit dated. The staff was very friendly. The parking was just outside the door... I spent there just 1 night and for the price it's great!

the ratings received of 7.5 were likely based on price as was cheapest motel in town. needs some tlc in rooms and around property including carpets, walls, shower cracks and possibly mold. if put some$ into property would likely compare to most of other motels in Panguitch

The room was not clean and I fought flies the whole 3 days. Not only was I not impressed with the motel but the whole town was unfriendly and unwelcoming. This the first bad review I have ever written

I called the motel for making sure I will get a wheelchair accessible room. I am a paraplegic paralyzed from waist down using a wheelchair for ambulation. I cannot walk. No rooms at the motel were wheelchair accessible. The doors were too narrow, big step at the rooms entrance and there was no way to use the shower. The motel agreed to refund my reservation. However Expedia was not able to talk to the Motel as nobody picks up the phone. As a result I did not get the refund. Please do not ruin your trip and stay at Color Country Motel and do not use Expedia for reservations as they do not provide any support.
