The staff was friendly attentive and very personable I would give them a high rating . The room was subpar it was a handicap room with a tub lots of handles that all were not stable aka loose , no shower curtain so water got all over the floor ( makes it slippery) a master switch next to the light switch which wasn’t mentioned . Toilet paper holder broken. The front desk gave us a free breakfast for the inconveniences. Which was nice .I guess I expected more from a Marriott

Unfortunately, we did not very much enjoy our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield. The hotel itself is very well designed, I love its modern feel, but it is just a facade. It seems like when last it was renovated it was done in a hurry, as we had several issues with our room to the point where we had to switch. In the first room, the outlets were loose and separated from the wall. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close and made a loud noise in doing so. The door to the refrigerator was not cut to size properly, so it was also difficult to open/close. Lastly (and most importantly), the shower had no hot water and hair stuck to it from prior guests. When we called to the front desk, a very nice lady named Brenda helped us quickly get into another room. The beds were very hard in both rooms, I did not get much sleep in the hotel as a result. To add insult to injury, the bar was closed until further notice. We were told that due to a management change they needed a new liquor license. We were given a free breakfast for our room change inconvenience. We will not be staying here again.

The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, the hotel facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly. The only "bad" thing is that when booking, Expedia said we would have breakfast included, but that was not the case.

My stay at your hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. My kids loved the pool and I loved my room view of the patio. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bistro is 10/10! Overall I loved my stay. Hope to visit again.
