Property is well taken care of. We really enjoyed sitting out back of our first floor room. We also enjoyed the included breakfast which is a nice bonus. The only room for improvement is the internet service was down and never was fixed the two nights we stayed. I had asked about it at the office but all I was told is that they knew and were not able to fix it. Anyway, as mentioned the motel is near many shopping and eating places and it is well maintained. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stay was good plus! Only disappointment was not having access to internet at our room. Tried many times. Went to office 3 times for assistance. Able to access internet there but when reaching our room it was not connected. Staff informed us a day later that internet service depending how far from the router in the office. We were only stayed 1full day so this was not to helpful. We will stay again but make sure our room is much closer to office.

Don’t be fooled! Not worth the price.

Mini-4 day vacay in Payson so I chose a place with outdoor patio seating. Checked in to a room held together with duct tape and without patio seating. Front desk offered dirty plastic chairs. I showed her the online description of the room I paid for (furnished patio) and they switched our room. A little dated, a lot dirty, dingy and dusty. The bathroom walls and light switch face plates and doors have not been cleaned in a long time. There was dirt build up on the bathroom door. The shower curtain was dirty, the plastic tv guide was dirty and the carpet and chairs were questionable. The king bed was rock hard (side sleepers here) and the second worst part was that the little patios were not divided - so - I could reach out and hold hands with the couple I did not choose to vacay with. I have never stayed on a place like that.

We have stayed in this hotel many times and have always enjoyed it. The little patios are great. This time was no different except for the bathroom.i went to take a shower and could not make myself get in the shower due to the eblavk mold in the corners of the shower.

We love this property. Just to relax, take a swim, its a perfect place for a quick getaway. Natalie at the front desk is the best. She goes above and beyond when it comes to guest service. Will continue to stay at this Inn when we head up to Payson.
