The staff I dealt with was great the room was the biggest issue. The furniture is dated and falling apart. There were roaches in the bathroom. The AC sounded like we had an airplane engine in our room. We were charged for parking in a lot full of cracks and potholes.

Bath towels are half size; still no hot breakfast - this place had a legendary hot breakfast before March 2020. PLEASE BRING IT BACK! Only 2 ice machines for over 200 rooms; the machines ran out of ice. They charge $8/night for parking!!!!! Desk clerks are phenomenal! They may be the only reason we keep coming back each spring.

Indifferent check in process. An aged facility in need of a complete face lift. No blackout screens making it impossible to sleep, particularly with a hallway light blasting into my room. Do these people know what business they're in? Avoid.
