Left my Google review first day there staff was rude was charged deposit when got there was told they don't do housekeeping unless requested pool was closed for a quote unquote maintenance but really it looked like it was closed due to crackheads and homeless should be asking for a full refund
We didn't stay here. Couldn't get past check-in. Paid for room online, traveled 876 miles to this destination upon arrival was told I had to put an additional $150 down for incidentals. Had I known about the additional charges, I wouldn't have stayed. I was really disappointed in the fact that this information was not posted on the websight, nor was I informed when I got my confirmation. And again we didn't stay here because I felt they were being shady about the additional charge.
I arrived late but it was still easy check-in. My room was supposed to have double beds as that is what I chose at booking; however, they only had a king bed available which was fine. The room looked like it hasn’t been used in a while and seemed somewhat dirty. I had to go to the front desk and ask for a remote to the TV which was odd. The bed was comfortable though, and the shower was great pressure and hot. The location was easy access to where I needed to go.

Staff rude. Pool is closed as website does not state that. Made reservations for a room with double beds and arrive there to be told oh we only have a room with a king bed. Not happy nor pleased and will definitely never stay nor make another reservation at this hotel.
At first i booked the hotel based on the reviews. But honestly upon arrival they gave me whatever left room they had. It was not the one i paid for. The shower was a disaster and the coffe maker was broken. Honestly a wyndham property is nothing to what this hotel has plus the want to hold $150 as deposit
Stayed 3 nights. Bed was comfortable.Good sheets and bedding. Room was clean except the floor didnt feel dirt/dust free ( felt like it needed swept or mopped. Complimentary breakfast included. Microwave, and tv in working condition, fridge over cold. Gave clean towels in exchange for dirty. But never offered to clean room during the stay. Shared parking lot with Dennys which was convenient for a quick meal. However the street was super busy which made it more difficult to get to hotel. Overall good stay! Would do again if necessary to be in the area again.
Desk staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Tried to claim we couldn't check out at 10:30 am, when you have to be checked out by 11:00 am. Regularly had to ask for toilet paper refills, even the lobby restroom was out of paper.every floor had a place for vending machines and ice machines, but there were no machines on any of the floors, only an ice machine on the floor above the lobby. Pool was out of order. 2 of the lights in our room were out. Vanity sink barely drained. Would've been nice to have more available outlets.
The first room they put us in smelled of Marijuana smoke,so re asked for a new room. That room was better but still smelled musty, and had mold in the bathroom. If it had been longer than a short overnight stay we definitely would have found a different place, but it was.late and we were leaving early the next morning. The young lady that helped us was.nice though.
The room smell like straight cigarette smoke however they charge you $150 deposit. I was kind of scared that they were going to blame me for the smell of the room so I make sure that they knew that the room smell like smoke. the property was very nasty And a lot of drug activity around the property.
The air conditioning did not work the entire time of our stay. I don’t understand why, when the whole hotel was nearly empty, we were given a room on the third floor, which was extremely warm and uncomfortable. Because of this, we had a terrible night and couldn’t rest properly. Very disappointing experience.
