CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

Absolutely amazing! The views from the condo were beautiful, the beach is just a few steps away, the pool was clean, and the entire property was well kept. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable (the listing needs new pictures, the furniture has been updated). 10/10 highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Annual Ladies Trip

This was our third time staying at the property and we love it here !!! The young man workinnn he the beach was the absolute best and so helpful for us older ladies . Angel was the security guard and was super sweet and helpful !!! We will be back again !

April getaway

The double bedroom seemed to lacking attention. Beds were very firm. The other two bedrooms were comfortable. Dressers did not have handles and if closed could not reopen them. The photos of the rental did not march the unit. Amenities like paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex and trash bags should be provided. Overall the location and property was enjoyable and we would recommend this to others. Beach towels and lawn chairs would be a recommended addition. We bought and left chairs.

Great location, great property

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, they look really nice and the bathrooms are great. Everything was functioning properly. The property managers were great about communication. I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

A little pricey

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!! This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed. The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.

Great condo!

Some of the furniture had been upgraded from the pictures when I booked so that was nice. The condo is very well decorated. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated but ok for a vacation rental. Loved the extra ice machine. Great addition to a beach rental. Great communication by rental company and quick responses. Only negative was I felt the floors could have been cleaned better.
