Does it have all the bells and whistles-no.
But it’s budget friendly, clean, dog friendly (no poop no dog smell), directly across the street from the beach, prime location (directly in behind the Pensacola beach ball and pier), light continental breakfast. Perfect for a quick getaway. The black housekeeper with the swoop bang was such a happy/friendly lady with a smile on her face every morning. I love when the staff greet the guest.
Con- The ac blows ice cold but it’s so loud it sounds like a tractor (knocking/humming/clicking) so loud that I never slept the 1st night. Dehumidifier makes a constant humming noise. I told them and the sent maintenance to replace. This one still made noise but not as loud. So I turned the speed to low instead of high to decrease the noise and room was still cold.
Recommend central air or get the AC professionally serviced so we can get a good night sleep.
Other than the AC this place is awesome and me and my furbaby will be back
