Loved how my family and i were treated since we walked in. Immediately after booking i called to confirm if there was a microwave in the room because i had to warm milk for my 3 month babies, they said that my room had one but once we got into the room there wasnt one. When my husband went to the front desk, they gave him one to carry to the room. I think it could have been done differently. The sheets and pillow cases were soo rough and made us feel itchy all night, but we were so exhausted and didnt want to complain. Loved the jacuzzi. For the price we paid, our stay wasnt worth it at all.

This was a please surprise. For a small town the hotel is large, very nice and clean. The restaurant onsite was good. I stayed in an accessible room. I don’t need it but found the room to be very spacious and a really lovely large walk or roll in shower. The bathroom was very large.

We had a good time!

We came to the hotel for New Years Eve, it was a last minute decision. We enjoyed a great meal in the hotel. The pool, hot tub and exercise facilities were great. The hotel was a little noisy but it was New Years Eve so it was to be expected. The only real complaint was the dog in the room next door that barked every time someone went by in the hallway. Next time I will request a room not near a room with a dog! Oh and breakfast was good as well!

overall would give this stay a 10/10. one of the best hotels i’ve been too in along time. everyone was very personable and kind and very helpful. we stayed for 4 nights my fiancé and i and i definitely will be coming back to stay more!

Cobourg was a stop on a longer trip through Ontario for us. This location is very convenient for how easy to access it is and having a pub attached directly to the hotel was not only convenient but also a great experience with live music and great food.
