Hôtel location was convenient to main historical attractions. Rooms were clean, the staff was attentive. Matthew at the front desk was friendly and so helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area.

Clean room with a nice view. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and sitting out on the patio was really nice. We didnt go to the rooftop bar but I'm sure that would've been nice too. Only complaint is the bathroom: the door is a frosted glass sliding door, the shower is one of those "half glass walls, no curtains" set up, and the toilet ran almost nonstop throughout the night. Not a huge deal but kept us awake for most of the night.

My employee tried to check in (reservation made through Expedia). When she got to hotel, she was told the reservation had been cancelled by Expedia 4 weeks ago (even though she was never notified AND had already been charged AND paid for 3 weeks prior!) Ended up having to book another room on the spot (for $50 more!) Turns out - after contacting Expedia - the room had never been cancelled and it was a “glitch” on the hotel’s side - but the hotel was “willing” to give me a refund for the original booking. Seriously?!! It was a glitch with the hotel and I had to book a room on the spot for $50 more and they are “willing” to give me a refund for the original booking?? I should have never had to make a last minute booking for $50 more!! The hotel owes me a refund for the higher priced room that I was forced to book because of their “glitch”! I will be disputing this charge.

Room was very clean.. staff was very friendly. Lost a star for the bathroom. First, it has a smart mirror that operates with Bluetooth.. ours didn’t work so the light was super dim in the bathroom. The water pressure was also lacking. Also, there was a QR code that linked to, what I assume was room service, but it led to a nonexistent order page.

The hotel is about average in terms of appearance, however upon check-in, we were not greeted with a friendly person (Amora). No introduction (found out her name from someone else), pleasantries, no guidance to hotel's restaurant/bar/hours of operation. We were given a dismal, out dated room with very little (if any natural light) and uncomfortable bedding. We asked to switch to a different room Amora said "you didn't request a room with a window" (??) and told me that I was giving her a "hard time" when I asked why she wasn't being nice. I've stayed in many hotels for work and travel and never had a negative experience with the person doing check-in. On the plus side, the hotel is within walking distance to the theater and lots of restaurants to visit. Bottom line- stay somewhere else.
