My Amazing Philly Stay!!

I had an amazing stay at the Cambria. The staff was lead by a new operations manager that was fabulous. She treated me like family. She was caring, helpful, kind and extremely polite. The entire staff was amazing. They have me great advice on where to go for great food. The room was spacious, modern and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked my room, and the location was so central. I was really disappointed that there was no room service available. Only appetizers and breakfast on the weekend. The bar was only open on the weekend. Such a missed revenue opportunity. I had no idea where to go for food, and their little market just had cold pre-packaged sandwiches or salad. The elevator/ key card situation was frustrating too. Before? After? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Other than that, I really liked the hotel.
