Great Customer Service

The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay. No matter what time or day we were greeted with a warm welcome. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff did a great job. The one thing that I didn’t like was that the air conditioning makes this annoying noise in the middle of the night. Last a few minutes but stops, took me a minute to realize it was the air conditioning. Overall the stay and location was great! Will book here for future stays.

As soon as I walked in the front entrance, I felt welcome and valued. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient on both my check in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower water was hot and the pressure delightful. Towels were plentiful, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the additional room furnishings, as well as the roomy desk on which I could do my work. The parking lot was well lit and safe. Key cards provide room access, as well as pool, fitness center, and auxiliary entrance access. Morning coffee was hot and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was filling and full of variety. The property is conveniently located near major thoroughfares and is within walking and driving distance of dining and shopping options. When I return to the Phoenix and Mesa area, I will definitely be a return guest.
