A Nice Stay

Overall this hotel was nice and I would stay there again. I had a problem with a very loud A/C unit in my room but they were able to put me in a different room where that was not a problem any more.

Fantastic location, walkable areas. We had a wonderful time. Our room was clean albeit dated(appliances), staff was nice, pool and hot tub nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall great experience, you get what you pay for, would stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were easy access to enjoy and the hours of operation allowed us to enjoy very early & late! The putting green was a perfect way to spend some time without spending extra money. Hotel is very close to multiple shopping areas, restaurants & a quick trip from the airport. The staff was very helpful and offered suggestions for other fun local attractions.

I'd give the staff 6 stars if I could. Friendly and super helpful. They let let check in early when my flight changed. Nothing bad to say. I'd stay there again. My only negatives had nothing to do with the hotel, facilities, or staff. Just a bad apple person staying there who did not respect the hotel rules. Love the quiet hours policy! Great job Hyatt Place, Mesa!

Stayed here for Spring Training and it’s a great location right in between stadiums for the A’s and Cubs - 8 minute drive. There’s also a shuttle for the Cubs a block or two away. Lots of stores, fast food and some restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Staff was super friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, the facility cannot control the feral children running and jumping in the rooms or the halls. The staff was outstanding and courteous. Rooms very clean and the toiletries were another bonus. Breakfast was fantastic both mornings!

Just overall amazing stay! Only our second time to Arizona and can’t say enough. The front desk staff was amazing, the room was clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to dinner options and Sloan Park, the free shuttle close by is also a plus! Thanks for everything!
