we were on 3rd floor and my room was crawling with ants. i wouldn’t be able to count how many i killed and they were still coming out of the walls. would not shower as that was crawling with ants couldn’t sleep. went to front desk that night and as if someone could come and spray or do something and there was no one on in housekeeping to do anything nothing offered as hotel booked through 3rd party have video of the ants everywhere on the floor. and if on 3rd floor and ants around like that they are in the walls

The room was ok for what I paid and since we were just there to sleep. The bathroom is very tiny and the curtain they had up for the shower did not keep the water from going all over the bathroom. It was just a curtain. My husband got out of the shower and the floor was soaked. I told the desk staff about it at checkout and they said ok so not sure if they are fixing it or not. The pillows were tiny hard squares. We ran to Target and bought some $3.99 pillows that were much more comfortable for our second night.

I usually stay here when I visit Piegon Forge, because I love the conveniency, cleanness of the hotel, the room space and the cost to stay is reasonable. My only complaint this time is, there were a lot of ants around the room, and on the kitchen counter, sink, and on the beds. I am not sure if it was because we stayed closer to the pool area, or nor not, but there was a ant issue. Suggestions I also have is, it would benefit customers to have hooks on the walls for towels and wash clothes to be hung in the bathroom. We had no where to hang our wet clothes or towels. other than that the stay was fine. I like this hotel.

Overall, it was a good choice for the price we paid. However, the pictures are a lot nicer than what it looks like in person. It was clean, though. And we didn't see any bugs of any kind. The bed pillows are small like throw pillows, so you may want to bring pillows from home. The walls are thin. We heard basically everything that was going on in the rooms on both sides of us as well as outside in the parking lot. The breakfast bar was really good, and there were plenty of options. It was in the middle of town, so it was within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Again, overall it wasn't perfect. But you can't beat the price. We would stay here again.

We decided to stay an extra night at 3 pm and was able to book within 5 minutes close to where we were. Roomy shower in the king walkin shower. Front desk was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be back with the kids this summer. The only thing i could find wrong is the trash cans were small and there were only 2 in the room.
