Room was clean and staff was helpful. A client came in and played his tv from 2:30 to 5:30 AM. It didn’t make for a restful night but the front desk gave information to use if it happens again. Facility is older but positive updates have been made.

Our stay at the Best Western Inn was nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room and facilities were clean and the included breakfast was great in the morning. The Inn was close to Dollywood and many other restaurants and attractions.

The main room had 2 queen beds, 4 pillows each, beds with firm but comfortable, small dining table, 2 chairs, TV, good sized mini fridge, Microwave and 3 large drawers in the fridge/ microwave unit with a wide top for us to put a lot on. There is also an electric fireplace/heater. We used the folding luggage rack to hold our suitcases on, they provided us with 2. Rainfall shower head and good water pressure and heat, hot water stayed hot for longer showers with no deviation in temperature. They have outdoor pools which we did not use due to season closure. They have indoor ones, but we were not able to make time for that. Breakfast was fresh, there was always an attendant there to help if needed. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, gravy, biscuits, cereals, bagels, etc. They even had a make your own waffle station. Breakfast is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Good location, we walked a couple nights to look at different shops. This is located on Parkway so the roads are very busy, but there are plenty of lights and crosswalks and there were some food places within walking distance. There is a grocery store close enough to walk to. We did not experience loud traffic noises. The rooms are pretty soundproof. The only time we heard anyone was when they were walking by the door and talking loudly. We did hear the rolling suitcases, but it did not bother us. Will stay at again. Loved it here!

The room was very spacious and clean! The staff were all helpful and friendly! Even though we had a winter storm warning, it only snowed just enough to dust the beautiful scenery! We were kept very warm and had excellent food for our breakfast Thanks for an amazing time!
